Everyone from the front office staff to the maintenance workers are amazingly friendly! Kayla is super sweet! We had an issue with our AC and Kayla made sure our AC was up and running in a matter of days. It truly is a wonderful place to live!

Great place to live. We liked living here the area is nice, safe and convenient to shops and restaurants. We loved that it was gated. Only bad thing is that its a little over priced for being old apartments but then the units are pretty spacious and lots of storage space. Grounds are always clean and nicely kept. Star and Heleigh are very nice and were always very attentive to our needs. We were sad to leave but rent got way to high for us. I would really recommend them :)

When I first moved in in December of 2011 I had no issues. The office manager Cindy was amazing and even went out of her way to get us into an apartment after learning of our situation. Any maintenance that needed to be done was done within a day or 2. Flash forward to 2013 and there was a new apartment manager in the office every month. Starting about 2 years ago, they decided to completely stop doing their jobs and playing favorites. My AC went out twice and I was told that because it was blowing out kind of cold air I was not a priority and that they'd "get to it". When I was 8 months pregnant my water heater went out on us in the middle of winter. I called every single day for a week and each time they'd send their repair man to come light the pilot when it was obviously not working. We had to shower elsewhere for a week because they wanted to cut corners and try to get around purchasing a water heater. They are not a family orientated apartment complex what so ever. My children drew with chalk out on the sidewalk in front of our door and I was told that I needed to wash it off because they didn't want other people to complain about innocent drawings of flowers and scribbles. I was also harassed because I had bikes on my front porch. Looking around, a lot of people had stuff on their front porches. The final straw is that after 5 years of paying my rent on time and being a good resident they are now trying to screw me out of not only my $900 deposit but $200 on top of that. I cleaned that apartment until my hands were raw yet somehow it needed $1100 worth of work done to it. I even have pictures of the apartment showing the condition it was in at move out. Beware of these girls in the office. If you make so much as a complaint or do one minor thing by mistake you end up on their "list" and end up paying the price. It's a shame that after 5 years and almost $40,000 in rent they would do this. Nothing but money hungry people in this business.

Great place to live. Pleasant managers. Never had any problems. The negative comments were from 7-9 years ago. Nothing since. That has to say something for the place.

I have lived in 5 different apartments so far, and this by far was the best one! I thought the location was very safe and friendly. I NEVER had an issue with bugs and felt very safe there. I think for the price, the unit I rented was great!I was sad to leave it for Long Beach. =(

This place is awful. I lived there for 18 months, and in that time they had 4 different managers. Each time they hired a new manager they grew more and more incompetent. No matter what you do you will not get your deposit back. I put down a 300 dollar deposit and it turns out it took exactly 300 dollars to clean the apartment. Talk about being nickeled and dimed to death.
