Panda Express

Placed an online order for pick up. The service is quick and friendly. The place is clean and well kept. The music is nice and has a good volume to carry on a conversation. The food is always delicious and fresh. However, the quantity seems to be a hit or miss.

This place has been my go to for lunch after work every day, I am a loyal and proud panda reward customer but today is the last time I go as I found a piece of trash in my food and I threw up as I have a weak stomach in disgust. This place really needs to work on their maintained and not throw their trash I would like my money back for this food or something in return as this disgusting I hope management can really attend to this issue as food health should be priority in a restaurant like this. Also the wait was so long I almost left but my friend insisted I wait.

Last night I ordered a plate of Chow Mein with Orange Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp at 10:45pm. It was late so I didn't expect too much in terms of quality but it was hot when it arrived and the order was accurate. I have had better Panda from other establishments before so i didn't give it 5 stars but the food was enjoyable and it came to my door quickly! Thank you!

I came to this Panda Express a few times before but recently I came on 4/21/22 as the dude was craving panda and I was coming home late so didn't have time to cook.I put in my mobile order around 9pm and I was about 15 minutes away and so it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes which was perfect. I arrived a little after 20 minutes due to traffic and poor weather conditions so when I entered it was already done.I was greeted warmly by staff and they knew I was there for a pick up order as I went straight to the Cashier. It was waiting for me on the counter. I grabbed my box and headed home about 5 minute drive. I opened my box I realized there was no sauces given, fortune cookies or utensils-_- such a bummer so minus one star especially for the sauces for the teriyaki chicken I ordered.Usually this place is generous with their portions but I feel like they skimped out on us on certain items like orange chicken, super greens and teriyaki chicken as it was not full at all minus another star. This is the family feast which basically fed two people definitely not a family. Maybe if they filled up the containers more but wasn't worth what I paid for at all.Usually this location is on point but not on the day I came. They forgot several things. The food was tasty but disappointed with the super greens . This location does a poor job and the brown rice is always unavailable as I don't eat chow mein or fried rice so the super greens side is the only side I can basically get. Everything was tasty the teriyaki chicken was even though it needed their sauce, the pepper chicken was BOMB would definitely get again and the orange was good too. The dude enjoyed his meal as well. Overall, I will continue to use this location as they just had ONE off night but other times they are on it and I don't have any complaints. Hopefully I will better experience next time as this place is close to my job and on the way home when I visit my parents right off the 168 . No complaints on hospitality at all or cleanliness too!

I was very unsatisfied by their rice, the rice had eggs that made me fart. I don't like to fart because that is not what ladies do it was very un-polite of me to fart.

Their published hours are NOT correct. This is the second time I've tried to grab something before their 11:00 pm closing and been turned away at 10:30 and 10:20. At least change the hours you have posted on Yelp!

We were greeted as soon as we entered thru the side door. I liked how they had one door for the entrance and one door for the exit. Social distance and masks were enforced. Person getting our food was nice but was also occupied with other orders. I had to keep repeating myself. We had to wait for 10 mins., because I wanted super greens. The cashier, Karias was extremely friendly and attentive. There wasn't a line so she took her time to chat with us while we waited for our food. I'm not sure if they usually hook it up with the food or because we waited but they PACKED our to go boxes super full. We loved seeing that especially since all the other locations we have gone to we not packed like that. My daughter and I shared a three item plate plus an extra side and crab rangoon and wasn't able to finish it. My husband got two items and was stuffed, he had to force himself to eat all of it. I liked this location, I would come back here to this location.

Staff super blank, bad customer service, small portion. Seemed to be bother if you ask for a little more portion and right off the bat want to charge.

Very average food all things considered, though it was packed a bit more than other Panda locations. Broccoli Beef was seasoned pretty well but the Teriyaki Chicken was very bland. Clean interior and friendly service. Good if you're in a rush but there are better places for Chinese takeaway.

Everything was very good, the food, service, cleanliness, the whole nine. Its hard to imagine that someone gave this place only two stars.
