All the bread was dry! Every single one we had was dry. Need to moisten them more. They have a great selection but I wouldn't recommend or return unless .

5 star. 10/10. I'm always iffy about where I get my pan. I usually only go to La Estrella but I work near this location and wanted to stop real quick and I was not disappointed. It's 8:30 at night and everything is still so fresh. Like straight from the oven soft and fresh. The bolillo is big and soft and smells amazing. The big test for me is the puerquitos because most places make them hard with too much molasses and these were perfect chef's kiss

Today I made my 2nd visit to this panadería & was not disappointed. It was around 11am on a Saturday & the employees were hard at work, making fresh bread & sweet baked goods in the back of the business. I love to know where my food is made & this business bakes on site within view of the customer. Not only that but they were replenishing their products with even fresher ones as we picked out our baked goods. There's a great variety of bread & sweets as well as coffee, pre-made ham sandwiches, a few dried goods like rice, & cakes available as made to order. I didn't take more photos because we were too busy eating & enjoying what we purchased. I love small local family-owned businesses & this place meets those standards. I will definitely go back.

Our go to Panaderia in Fresno. Their pan is always super fresh and delicious. My favorite is the one with the pumpkin filling, you have to try it. My wife and daughter love the pink one that looks like a croissant. A great way to start your day is Las Mananitas for breakfast and walk over here for dessert.

This is our favorite Panaderia in all of Fresno. They have the best customer service and their bread is always fresh and so soft. It literally melts in your mouth. And their cakes are even more amazing!!! Their pastel de tres leches is to die for!!!!

I went in at about 6:00pm and purchase a cake to take to a dinner party. Selected a small round about 4 or 6" paid $12 for it. Decorated really cute but when we cut into it. We were very disappointed. Cake was extremely dry and not flavorful. Icing was dry. Basically tasted old. So we were very disappointed and will not be returning for anymore items. We did not try any of the pan but the cake was disappointing. I don't mind paying $12 for a cake if it is good. This sadly was not and was a total waste of money we threw it in the garbage. I was embarrassed for even bringing such a cake to the dinner.

I recently moved to Fresno and had been looking for a good authentic panadería in the Fresno area. I looked and looked, even drove to the surrounding smaller towns in hopes of finding good Mexican bread. Finally I found this gem. I tried the conchas, tres leches and several different types of bread. My favorite was the cheesecake. They have a good variety and their bread tastes fresh. I would definitely recommend. :)

After coming over multiple times all the way from Herndon area, being a recurring weekly customer, we've grown to love the bread. However, tonight the female cashier made us think twice about ever coming back. My daughter is being potty trained and didn't have a diaper. While buying bread Ipolitely asked if my daughter could use the restroom , and all we got was a cold shoulder and was blatantly ignored. Theres a lot of bread sitting in the racks late in the evening. Either people around the neighborhood are not into the bread or are probably also getting terrible customer service...
