Panache The Salon

As a former hairdresser, I know what a good highlight looks like. Today, I did not receive a good highlight. I asked for platinum, I got gold. Plus, he didn't go to the roots, so I already had new-growth leaving the salon. When I told him I thought it looked gold, he said "i don't think so," and left it at that. Sadly, I don't have the time or money to get it fixed before the holidays, so it is what it is. I already had to pay a babysitter to get this done. I won't be going back.

First time coming here and sure wouldn't be the last. Karli did my hair and it's a short blunt haircut and for 2 years having this haircut karli was the best!!! I highly recommend karli :)

Mary Jo does an amazing job. And so speedy! She cut my pixie, put in highlights, and cut my girls' bob and pixie all under 90 minutes!! She took the time to do a quality cur for my girls hair, complimenting their very different hair texture (one coarse and the other fine!). I've had kids cuts for them that were sloppy and so-so but not from Mary Jo!!

Patty at Panache is the way to go!!! She did an amazing job with my hair! I was so nervous cuz as much as I needed a cut I did not want to go too short or short at all and somehow she worked some magic and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I will say though when I first walked into the salon I was looked at by another employee and she kinda just kept walking as if she thought I was lost which almost turned me away cuz like I said previously I was already nervous about my hair being butchered and I felt it was just rude, then she came up and almost reluctantly it seemed, asked if I had an appointment and with who... That's when Patty came over and I decided to stay cuz I liked her and felt I could trust her. Overall that part didn't matter since the outcome of my hair was so amazing!! I definitely recommend you to Patty if you're wanting to get your hair some help with being healthy and styled and still want to keep the length!! Thanks Patty!!

Been coming to Panache since I was in the 7th grade. Very clean, cool atmosphere. The stylists are very professional and kind. Haley does my hair and she has made me as a customer for life!

Had my hair done by Hailey... I was so pleased!!! We will be back to see her again! Did a great job!!! Shop was clean and everyone very friendly!!!Only thing I'd change if possible would to have someone actually answer phones.. that would be very nice! I've phone several times and after announcement it goes to voice mail. Never got return call. Not fan of that. But guess you got to do what's needed at times.

As a military wife we move every 3-4 years. I've been so blessed to have found Jimmy Benitez. I've been going to him for the duration of our stay here and these past 4 years he's never let me down. Great highlights, color and cuts. He's put up with all my changes and always delivered! I'm sad to move away and find another. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Best wishes Jimmy, you're so talented!

This salon staff has really gone down hill. When someone walks in your door without acknowledgment it's unwelcoming. To be left standing there waiting at the counter while multiple stylists are making eye contact with me is even more irritating. When I was acknowledged by a gal at the front who looked like she could give two shits , i asked for trim, the idiots look at each other one by one declining to help because they're too busy. I get that your busy but you could be a little more professional and take ownership and pride in your business instead of staring cluelessly at each other like morons. I left and found service elsewhere. Will never go back, snobs.

Let me start by saying if I could rate a place a zero then I would. As a father of multiple children on the autism spectrum, I was shocked to hear about the incident that occurred today because my autistic 3 year old was too loud and patient's were complaining. The suggestion or direction from the staff was for my 15 year old daughter to take my son outside because he was too loud. This display of ignorance is the problem with society and shows just how uneducated people can be. I am sorry my son was stimming and too loud for your business. So let me educate you...He cannot control his stimming. He can be loud and jump around. Maybe you didn't notice the hands in front of his face frequently, the inability to talk, the lack of social skills....Maybe you should talk to the adult so you can be educated. My son did not choose to be born this way. Instead, he will be ridiculed and judged, because of uneducated ignorant people in your shop. My advice for anyone thinking about attending this place is to ensure you don't bring someone with special needs as they may be judged like my 3 year old autistic son was. Thank you for showing my other children, who were there and witnessed this, what it looks like to be discriminated against. At least it was a lesson on how feeble minded some people can be.

I've been going to Haley Avila for 11 years! She does amazing hair colors and cuts! I love that she's at Panache, there's nothing but professionalism and kind people! I feel so welcome there and that's important to me. Everyone greets me even if I'm not their client. Very classy place with great people!!!
