Palo Alto Place Apartments

I moved into this place a year ago. The move in was last minute but the transition was pretty smooth. Fast forward a month until we got new upstairs neighbors. These neighbors have been noisy all day every day since they moved in. I have made numerous complaints with the onsite management, security, their corporate office as well as Fresno PD. They have done the absolute minimum to address the issue. I even have recordings of the neighbor, specifically the wife, constantly berating and cursing her kids out, mainly when the husband isn't home. A lot of tenants have dogs where they don't pick up after them so you can't even enjoy laying out by the pool on a blanket in the grass because you might get dog shit on you. Kids are destroying the apartment property and digging the rocks from the ground and throwing them in the driveway. Now, I come out to a note on my car, asking if I own the parking space because I haven't moved my car in a while. I have access to multiple vehicles so I drive one more than the other. At the end of the day, that's none of that person's business. But to feel comfortable tampering with people's private property and having management respond saying they will monitor that area more, mind you there is no onsite security. But you can send a text message blast about some freaking rocks. Might as well live in the ghetto. As least you know what to expect. Don't move here.

These apartments used to be a nice place to live but in the last year they have declined. The manager is seldom around or in the office, and the office is closed on weekends so it's difficult to get in touch with the office. Maintenance requests usually have to be submitted multiple times before they get repaired. The grounds are dirty with litter and so are the garbage areas. The garbage areas are never washed down and stink. The equipment in the gym doesn't work and the gym is kept dirty. The rents are sky high for what we get, but Palo Alto Place is better than other apartments in the area.

My roommate and I rented an apartment here while we were waiting to move into our home. Everything about this place, from our neighbors, to the amenities and especially the manager, Brandi, whom we had great conversations with every month, were AMAZING! Brandi was always very attentive, helpful and professional. Palo Alto Place is pet friendly! So our pup was able to stay with us and enjoyed the well manicured grounds every day! The units are spacious. And who can resist the granite counter tops!! Having a garage and storage unit eliminated us having to rent a storage unit off site. Had we not already signed for a home, Palo Alto Place would've become our permanent residence. I would highly recommend Palo Alto Place to any of my friends or family looking for a new place to call home

I think this place is an amazing place to live. The manager, Brady, is amazing. She is all about making her tenants happy. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need.

This place is amazing! Great amenities, pet friendly and the premises are very well kept. Rose the complex manager is amazing. She really cares about her tenants and keeps the community up to date on any safety alerts, changes or events that will be happening. Would definitely continue to live there if I was back in Fresno.

I recently moved into the Palo Alto Place and I love it! The amenities are awesome and the complex is very nice and clean. The manager Rosa Cortez has been great to me and was very understanding of my situation and is very responsive to all my questions and needs. I recently had a issue with my laundry door and maintenance person came and fixed it in a timely matter. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice, clean, safe place to live.

I lived in Palo Alto Place Apartments for a year, from August 2017 to August of 2018. I absolutely loved living here, if we didn't have to move we would've continued to live here for a couple of more years. The manager Brandi is amazing! She was always available and ready to help with whatever we needed. She is very attentive and cares a lot about her residents. Also, if we needed anything from maintenance they were quick to get back to us even after hours which was great! I had in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with my husband. Very spacious and perfect for us, loved the spacious guest bathroom, as well as the walk in closet. As far as the outside, it is very clean, although there was constant trouble to find parking at times. It was difficult to find parking for guests when they would come over. But overall, it was a great experience and it really did feel like home.

NIGHTMARE. The manager was acting really nice when we went to view these apartments after moving in her attitude completely changed. Management is very unorganized you have to call several times before any issues are addressed. It's too much, No one has time for that. Don't move here unless you don't mind babysitting the manager to do her job properly and you can put up with a nasty attitude.
