Palm Village Retirement Community

This a great place, my grandparents are very happy with Palm Village. From them caring staff to the knowledgeable administration I get the impression that the clients best interest is always a priority. I'm glad that we found this place for our grandparents!

This place was great while my dad was staying here but during his last hospital stay out he passed away. Now the part that upsets me is that they packed up his stuff and when my mother and brother and I finally had the courage to go through my dads stuff there were things missing. My dad's tablet which he loved and had memories and memories of photos on was gone. When we called to asked why the most we got was it wasn't on his inventory list which I can understand their side of the situation but at the same time all the staff that worked with him knew he had it they knew it belonged to him, the idea that someone took something from someone who just a 48 hours prior had passed away is just sad and inconsiderate, so make sure your loved ones inventory list is updated since that is the only way this place can keep they sticky fingered staff honest.

My parents both lived here for many years. In that time they only had a complaint about 1 worker there on 1 occasion. The staff is wonderful. My Dad had such a good relationship with 1 staff member that the guy drove to the next town to attend my Dad's funeral. These people really care. Mom is still there and has enjoyed the crafts/activities and attending the church services onsite. They provide driving tours for those able who wanting to sign up for them to get folks out for a bit. There are different levels of care from self service apartments to assisted living rooms, to skilled care and memory care. Palm Village has been a real blessing to our family.
