I've only been using PS for the couple of months I've lived in North Fresno. Every package I've shipped (USPS or FedEx) has arrived on time 100% of the time. I've dealt with multiple similar businesses in Clovis never with the same success rate! Great customer service too! Well done!

I have pre-paid packages a lot more often than I need help with postage. Regardless, I always make sure to drop off any of my packages here. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, even if you're just dropping off. Even if I don't ask, they always let me know when the next pick-up is due to be made. They'll also often check the label and let me know when I can expect my package to arrive at its destination. Their predictions are usually very accurate. I've also used the notary service here, which was easy, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Worst customer service ever,no help on delivering package to correct address. UPS has the worst cust service also. What a joke will never do business with a Micky mouse UPS station again. USPS is much better at delivering packages than Packaging Solution.

I've been going to this place for a few years when I needed to drop something off, which wasn't often. I needed to ship a computer and wasn't equipped to package it properly, so I went to packaging solutions. They took the computer, which was somewhat heavy, and charged me for labor, box and packing materials. The total was $75, which seemed shockingly high to me. However, based on this price I assumed they were going over and above to make sure it was done right, since they are packaging professionals, right?A few days later, my recipient tells me the box was destroyed in transit and the packaging materials were leaking out of the box. The computer was bent and unusable. It looked like the Incredible Hulk had smashed it. This was a higher end graphics workstation that cost me a lot of money. I put in a claim with FedEx, which was denied - they said this since the problem was with the packaging and not the carrier - and I agreed after seeing pictures. They used a single layer of bubble wrap and the rest was packing peanuts, and left loose space in the box, which caused the computer to shift around and work a hole in the box. Also, the box they used was for light materials and wasn't reinforced for a computer.I went in and talked to the older female in the store, and she immediately became defensive, saying it wasn't her fault. She wouldn't look at pictures or give me a minute to explain. The older male joined in on me and they both chastised me for bringing this to their attention. I simply could not believe what I was experiencing. After 30 seconds of yelling at me, they both turned around and walked to the back of the store. This whole time I had assumed they were a friendly older couple with a sweet demeanor. It was like Jekyll and Hyde.I hate hurting businesses with tough reviews, but these folks have no idea what they're doing, and they are very unprofessional. They cost me $2000+, and I have nothing to show for it. I now go across the street to the UPS store where they are friendly and considerably more competent. They charge significantly less for packaging, and they stand behind their work if there's an issue in shipping OR packaging. Consider not trusting your stuff to mom 'n' pop on this one.

i have been a customer of "Packaging Solutions" since they first opened many years ago, I have used their facility for dropping off packages for FedX & UPS, their location was/is very convenient, until today, Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at approximately 12 noon. I have handicapped plates on my vehicle, so I pulled into the only designated & marked "Handicapped Parking" space a few parking places from the entrance to "Packaging Solutions" entry door. I was immediately accosted by the owner of "Packaging Solutions" calling my attention to the large Oak Harbor Freight Truck parked illegally across the parking lot right of way, the owner did not want me to park in the only handicapped space in that parking lot, as he & delivery person were unloading the large truck, I explained to the man I was handicapped & had handicapped plates on my vehicle & I would only be a few minutes to drop off 2 packages to be returned, he was not happy & I asked him if he wanted to deliver the packages for me, so he & delivery person would not be blocked attempting to maneuver the very large freight dolly up the handicapped walkway, which would have solved his problem, but no he stated rudely you can deliver them, I proceeded to vacate my vehicle & carry the packages, upon reaching the entry door to the man's business a kind lady saw my difficulty attempting to walk & carry my return packages & opened the door for me, I entered & was not even acknowledged by the man, his wife/partner or other lady clerk. I left the packages on the counter, no receipt was offered, hopefully the return UPS packages to Amazon will get to their destination, I have copies of the return labels as Packaging Solutions has never given, even when asked receipts for return packages. Until today I have always been acknowledged upon entering the store. I have in the past donated packing materials, popcorn, etc., & my supply of USPS priority boxes/cardboard boxes, when my husband passed and his business was closed. After today and the rudeness of the Packaging Soultions owner I will take my business across the street to the UPS store. Owners of Packaging Solutions need to go to "Customer Service" school for instruction on their customer Service. My husband & I had our own business & customers all over the US & never treated our customers rudely, they are the basis for a business, without customers your business will not survive.
