Pacifica Pizza

It was 115* out, no way are we going out or cooking- Let's try a new Pizza place & so happy we did. We ordered the Pineapple, Canadian Bacon (ham) pizza ever so tasty. They grilled the pineapple added so much flavor, right amount of yummy sauce & a thinner crust (my favorite). From the time we placed our order until delivery was very satisfied over all. Too hungry to take any photos, next time. We will be back again & again to Pacifica Pizza. Eat & support local.

This place is NOT Pacifica Pizza. Do not be fooled. This was not good, not at all like the big bubbly crust and big soft cheesy twisted bread that Pacifica Pizza has. I drove about 20 min away in anticipation of some really yummy pizza and came home with this. Do not recommend.

This place has great pizza! Very good flavor and their ranch is amazing. Yet their service is lacking. Workers are rude and mess up quite a bit. I've ordered five times and three out of five their was items forgotten. The only reason to to keep coming is the pizzas taste and the great prices which is better than getting crappy pizza with great customer service.

Customer service leaves something to be desired. Waited for a few minutes before I was even acknowledged by staff. Pizza was pretty good. Wings are Huge but kind of fatty and not spicy At All. Wanted to try something new and, while not a complete bust, I doubt I will be returning. There are Lots of other pizza joints in town that are less expensive with better product. Also, what's with the Deli Delicious carrier for the wings? Did I just eat out of a recycled sandwich container?!

It's a new year time to forgive and forget about the bad experience that I have with Pacifica Pizza. So far I think Pacifica Pizza hands down makes the best pizza in the Central Valley. I usually order the extra large with everthing and their baked potatoes wedge is really good also their buffalo wings and cheese sticks is really awesome. The location and parking lot is horrible but that doesn't stop me ordering delicious pizza from there.

Just as of today my star rating has went down with this place I understand some food places have there ups and downs and today was one of them for this place under cooked pizza and not sure if the employee was on break or not but had to wait for about 5mins before the other employee came out to help me with the check out but for the meantime that I was standing there the other employee did not acknowledge me standing there and continue to sit on the phone without telling the other employee that I was there.

So I called earlier and they said they didn't deliver to me. Then 10 mins later Trina the manager called me back and said they well. Great customer service. The delivery guy said he will deliver to me his name is Raymond so far best customer service I had from a pacific pizza in awhile. 5/5

I always order from them for my students at my workplace and they are always accommodating. In addition, their employees are so nice. One time I asked if they made personal pizzas but they said no we dont anymore. I just explained i asked because I wanted to make one of my students feel special so i just ordered a large pizza. Well to my suprise when my order showed up they made a personal pizza with my large pizza that was so kind of them, they are amazing thanks guy!!!

This place is delicious! Affordable, they deliver, and they're store is pretty clean (I did a pick up one time and was pleased to see that it was not some disgusting place, I am pretty picky ;) We always create our pizza with our own toppings...and its delish =) They even have large pizzas on special for $10 bucks sometimes....cant beat this place. NOW DONT BE FOOLED....I once ordered from this company at the location accross town (near Bullard and 41) and it was disgusting. It was flat, the cheese dripped off when picked up and there were no toppings. HOWEVER the location on Chestnut is to die for ;) It will surely turn you into a pizza addict ;)

I personally love Pacifica pizzas everything Pizza the last time I was there I do have to say I felt that the pizza was a little undercooked but I can't tell you how extremely impressed I was with the customer service especially of their management team specifically Victoria and taking care of my problem cuz I believe it's not about the mistake that's made about how it's handled afterwards and I do have to say that she has went above and beyond her job duties to make sure that we are happy thank you Victoria and I'll never go anywhere else
