I have used Pacific Tent and Awning twice now and they are the best. Kem, Mike and Rick do outstanding work. I didn't want the traditional patio cover, I wanted sail awnings. They designed the patio covers, made the hardware and hung the awnings. The first set lasted 8 years, when the material wore out, I called them to replace the awnings with a new set. Both times I was very pleased with their customer service and quality of the material used. In the Fresno sun, I was surprised the material lasted for 8 years. I would highly recommend Pacific Tent and Awning for you patio needs.
