Pacific Poki

I'm a huge fan of this place, but they're starting to slip up. My go-to order, seared Aji, is always unavailable, and now they're closing an hour earlier than they're supposed to. The person behind the counter said it's winter hours, but that's not what yelp say or the hours on the door say. Not cool.

Wow! I'm impressed!!! Didn't intend on coming here because we really wanted butterfish. I never even heard of this place. Being that it is NEW years day I assumed a lot of places were closed. The fact butterfish was closed, it led me here! I called and a girl picked up and told me they close early today at 6pm. BET! We only had an hour. It wasn't too too far, we got there on time. For some reason I didn't even bother to look at the assembly line of fish and toppings, I went straight at the menu. Ordered the 3 scoops I think it's a medium $15. I forgot to take a pic of the menu, they updated the prices from the ones I see on Yelp. I got raw spicy tuna, salmon & cooked shrimp which I realized came chopped but were big sizes. (I would've gotten the spicy shrimp had I paid attention to the food in front of me, cus it was whole & looked good). Oh and I did the salad as a base. Homegirl did not skimp!!! She had a heavy hand n I was not mad at it!!! Toppings and all. U get 6 free toppings. The wave sauce is their house sauce. My bf got the large 5 scoops $17.25 I think? Sounds pricey but man I'm telling u she hooked that shit up!!! He got salad base too, spicy crab, spicy tuna, salmon, shrimp and scallops. We got in the car and hurried tf home. OMG so good!!! The fish tasted fresh! Nothing off putting at all. I liked all the sauces I chose, it mixed in well with the toppings. It was my first time adding mandarin oranges into a poki bowl, I'm glad I did! Game changer!!!!

Very annoyed. After checking online to see what the hours were (10am-9:pm). I decided to call to confirm and when I called the employee notified me that the hours were actually that they closed at 8pm for their winter hours and since it was only 7:35 we could still make it in time. But when I arrived at 7:45 the door was already locked, I called to find out why and when the employee answered she said they are closing early since they were out of all their bases. Really, in 10 minutes you ran out of every base! Ridiculous and very upset. We come here often because we love the food but this was annoying and extremely bad service. The door still has the 10am to 9pm hours as well which just annoyed me even more.

Poki is Fresh and delicious!Great portion sizes. Almost more poki than rice which is GOOD! A lot of places will skimp the proteins and carb load you with rice.Here it's the perfect ratio. I did not try the chicken, but the salmon tuna and crab were delicious.Will be going here again to upload with photos. Price is up there, but really felt like it's priced for Quality and portions so it's well worth it. Thank you for making our first visit great!

"THEY DIDN'T EVEN TIP.!"This is literally what I heard one shout out right before I even left the store. You literally scoop things into a bowl and don't even mix it. This self entitled tip culture has gotten out of hand. If you order standing up, and you don't provide anything special to the service, what are you expecting a tip for??? You're not running from table to table, scrubbing my car, using your vehicle to deliver, or providing any sort of value add that can't be directly tied to monetary compensation.!! It's really simple, I pick a priced item on the menu, you put it in a bowl, I pay. You guys don't even MIX the ingredients!!! And you expect a TIP?? The worst part of this whole thing is that Tips are not even remotely required, they are a perk, and not even something that should be expected.LASTLY, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THAT IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER BEFORE THEY EVEN LEFT THE STORE!!! Fresh fish, very clean and great service. The big kahuna bowl had great flavor and the right amount of spice.

I love this place so much!Their ingredients are so fresh my salmon always tastes amazing the employees are so kind and they serve up the best looking poke bowls I have ever seen they need a raise! I go every Friday during my lunch and always look forward to it

We've came to this place a few times. At first, we really enjoyed it. However, this has happened a few times where the protein (Tuna and Salmon) are NOT fresh. Tuna and Salmon has a fishy smell and the spicy tuna is brown! Also rice is always never fully cooked. A lot of hard uncooked rice

This is my go to poke place. They make the sauces in house, and are very generous with their protein scoops.

Super clean and colorful, friendly and fast service, Huge portions!!! I was really nervous to go and try something new (being I hate seafood) but I lucked out with chicken too. Definitely recommend!! Hubs got a Big Kahuna Bowl and almost finished it but was so full. I couldn't even finish half of my chicken bowl.
