Wow, we were just about to contact them. Good thing I read these reviews... I've never read so many negative reviews about any company. It's obvious the people working there are miserable and that always starts from the top. The other thing is there's such a hi demand for rentals and it gets to a point where they make you feel at their mercy. They don't give a crap about customer service anymore. (reminds me back in my club days, when a place got popular they'd treat you like cattle in line awaiting the slaughter. FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD

I've been living in a rental house managed by them for about ten years. First time I entered their office the person at the desk was not friendly but everyone else was. Idk if the rude person is still there? Was a long time ago. When something goes wrong and I request a service call they respond very quickly. The problem gets fixed right away. When I first moved in my rent was very reasonable. I was so thankful. I am disabled and living on a fixed income. Over the years my rent has increased which is to be expected. Last year it was a $300. increase. This has been really stressful. Barely able to survive financially. Seemed a bit extreme. According to them it was justified since it hadn't been raised for awhile do to Covid and home prices and rents have all gone up. Hit us pretty hard. I've been in the house so long and it's an older home. Nothing has ever been remodeled or updated. The kitchen has old school tile countertops that are chipped. Many of the drawers have come apart. The lovely linoleum flooring is peeling up. Had odd stains on it when I moved in. The adhesive I believe is pulling up and it creates what I call the crop circles. Pretty sure carpeting is original. When we have it cleaned old stains quickly reappear. It's pretty worn. Paint peeling off the front door. Paint inside is looking pretty shabby from just normal wear and tear. Been here so long. Kitchen sink was replaced with a cheap acrylic type sink. Not installed well. Big ledge where water constantly collects behind it. Cracked immediately just from hot water. Yard service is included with my rent which is wonderful but the gardeners don't do a good job. Front and back takes then 10 minutes. They break sprinkler heads constantly. Half of the grass in the backyard is dead. Once pm services contacted me telling me I needed to take care of the weeds. Lol, I told them I was paying extra rent for their gardeners. They apologized. Sadly we will most likely be moving when this years lease is up. We can buy a home and pay less monthly now. I've really enjoyed this home and the neighborhood but the rent increase was too much for us. I know business is business and people only care about making money. Just the way life works.

I am surprised if these people are still in business, there business ethics and moral compass is totally skewed up. I had multiple properties managed by these so called "professionals" and once the lease was over on both properties, which happened simultaneously they asked me to pay for "hold" money which is usually for break/fix and other expenses when lease changes etc. As I deposited money, they sent me notification that they will "disassociate" with me and refused to give back my $1200 that was deposited. The office manager is Lori Webster, shame on you! Very annoying and unethical business management here.

If you rent from these people they will not give you a spare key (but of course they will have spares of yours!). I have a horror story with these people. I won't detail it out because I will be going to court on it but this is what I recommend if you currently use or must use P&M that you do two things:1.) Change the locks. Have the locks rekeyed for $102.) Get a cheap camera system. The camera system will let you know if there is any movement in the property while you are away and you can check in on your phone to caught the bad guy!

We are coming up on our year lease and honestly happy with the company and our complex. Anytime we have put in a maintenance request (3 times) Tracy handled them and that was it. Our air went out after hours i called and someone was out the next day to replace it. Our neighbors are nice & hardly see them. The owner occasionally goes around and is really kind even helped me with my garage door since we are currently expecting because he noticed I had to go all the way around to get in with my current son. Due to us expecting this year we will be renewing so I wouldn't let the old reviews scare you away.

PM services is extremely difficult when repairs are required and will tell you their "hands are tied" instead of fixing known issues.When you press the issue they will suggest you move.

I applied to one of their properties, and two days later then rented it out, but said they were trying to contact my previous renter. I called my previous renter and they said they got no calls from them and tried to call and they did not answer. They didn't even bother to tell me the place was rented just had me waiting until I decided to call once they finally contacted my previous renter they called me back several days later and said I was denied because of a rental reference. I believe they just let people apply to keep their application fees. How can someone apply one day and two days later the property is rented they never gave the other person a chance. Seems like they just let you apply to keep your fee and they already know the property is going to be rented by someone else. I don't recommend anyone going through them.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!!! We lived In one of their rentals and we soooo happy to move out of it! PM Services SUCK! They are rude, and after we moved out we got partial deposit and just got a letter in the mail that we OWE them now. We left on 9-26 and today we get the mail in NOVEMBER that we owe them. And the balance will be sent to collections in 30 days!! They are insane here ! DO NOT RENT FROM PM SERVICES!!! Read these reviews.. we didn't see them until after we signed so now we have to deal with this!

I am glad I just read through the reviews! I called the company today due to wanting to rent one of their properties. I wanted to speak to someone due to the fact that I am moving from out of state. I spoke to a woman named Kathy and I felt like she was rushing me through the call, and encouraging me to just fill out the application. However, I wanted my daughter to be able to preview the apartment before paying an application fee for an approval which I know I will have no issue clearing. I was told that I had to submit the application fee first. Now I have rented many places and never was I told this. I have an impeccable rental history. The place that I want to rent is in a great location , and for a decent price considering everything has gone up. So I wanted to get in on a great deal. After hearing what I was told I can see why it is still available. It appears based on the business practices of this company that if they can take your non refundable fee what can you say right seen its on some weird approval. if you do this enough times your making money off people, without offering them anything. So based on the information of these reviews . I will look else where. Who has money to just give away only to receive nothing? No Thank You! I wonder if the owner knows they are doing business this way? Doesn't hurt to find out....
