Orleans Furniture

Great location by the mall but it is definitely a scam or definitely not a place that tells the truth. They are advertising up to 90% off on everything, everything must go, etc...It's all fake. Their prices are the same if not higher than typical furniture stores after visiting other stores. We went in there to buy a sectional as they are advertising such great deals and everything must go, but when we go in the entire store is full of furniture. When asking about a sectional the lady took us to the computer and said we can order any color and add onto the sectional. And said basically whatever you want to make it, we can do. How does that work with a store that claims they are going out of business and everything must go? Beautiful furniture but what is being advertised is definitely not accurate. Seems they are trying to draw attention to up some sales. Recommend going elsewhere.

Update: ended up taking 2 months to get the stand due to COVID-19 and delays. They were very nice and fit us in for a delivery since our cars weren't big enough to get it and we wasted money on a U-Haul for move in day just to pick it up. Overall, my experience here was good. Jacob (?) was accommodating and always nice about things. The furniture was delivered quickly and the guys were efficient. The only reason I took a star off was because they never updated us. We had to keep calling (3 times) and were told a different date each time. Also, for some reason there's 3 white dots on our stand like they had painted over something? It's not noticeable when sitting on the couch so we don't mind. Stopped by here because of the great reviews and wasn't disappointed. Came in for a TV stand and found the exact one we loved from another store. They gave us a better deal on it, told us they can assemble it and we can pick it up on our moving day which is exactly a month from today. They were very nice and professional. I'll be shopping here again if I ever need furniture! *will update after I move

I've been looking everyone for my furniture and no one had anything in stock everyone kept telling me 2-6 months EXCEPT ORLEANS FURNITURE I got my living dinning and 3 bedrooms here all delivered next day and in stock best prices in town best customer service great quality in furniture! Thank you orleans furniture I will be back for more.

Do not shop here! The manager, Jacob forged my signature and opened a fraudulent credit line in my name. I'm contacting the owner of the store and the police today. Not to mention the furniture my family ordered is weeks late and some of it showed up defective. Terrible store run by terrible people, avoid at all costs.

Wonderful furniture shopping experience. Crystal helped me find the perfect sectional in the exact color I needed. The manager went above and beyond to check to see if the warehouse had it in so I can get it ASAP. Great deal on delivery too. I would HIGHLY recommend this store. Huge selection of styles in store and lots in catalogs. So glad I stopped here.

My daughter and I searched many stores for the perfect kitchen table. She finally found the one that was perfect for her and her family. The people at Orleans Furniture were helpful, professional and friendly. They made sure she got the table and chairs the next day! I would definitely recommend Jacob and his staff when you are looking for nice furniture. Even the delivery people were excellent!!
