Oohlala Lashes

Very friendly!!!! First time getting extensions and she made me LOVE them! The salon is very cute and decorative with a comfortable atmosphere! The lashes came out exactly how I wanted them! 10/10 would recommend and come again

Betsai did good work at a good price the 1st time. Since then I made an appointment for a fill. Then she changed the time, which I accepted. Then I had car trouble so I paid her for her time and we managed to set another appointment. On Monday last week, as time was coming for my 2 week fill, I made a request on line asking to schedule the fill and about booking other services. She never responded. I texted her on Monday. I asked if she wasn't taking appointments on line anymore. I asked if I could I NOW make an appointment by text. I HAD to look decent this afternoon, Thursday. She didn't apologize for totally ignoring the on line appointment request for a week. She texted she could do today at 1 pm. I texted I'd be there. This morning, 4 hours before appointment, she sent an email telling me she would see me at 1 pm : TOMORROW. When I responded she wrote her daughter was sick. AND actually "Saturday would really be better. She can't really PROMISE Friday. Because my daughter...". Betsai did a good job at a good price the 1st time. She had no reviews. She asked me to review her and I was happy to. I wanted to see HER succeed. She expects ME to be fine going some place important looking awful after 11 days of trying to get 45 minutes for a fill. But SHE has a sick child. I had a successful career and raised 2 kids. A lot of mother's work, act professionally, successfully run businesses that provide good customer service. I will look all gappy and odd today when I need to look decent after trying to get a fill for 11 days. Betsai has no apologies, no concern for my situation as a customer. If you need beauty services to be good and consistently reliable, I can't recommend Oh la la.

Just had my eyelashes put in by Betsi!!!! She was quick and very professional! I work and live in the Bay Area and get my lashes done in San Francisco, Berkeley and Pinole. Oohlala lashes in Fresno has my business now! I love love love my lashes! Betsi listened to every request I had and delivered! She deserves the five stars! Repeat customer for sure!

This place is amazing. The girls are all so friendly. I got my lashes done here and I couldn't be happier. She really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! Her shop is very pretty, clean and great prices and she does quality work I will be back!
