Once Upon A Time

cute antique boutique. there are two sides to explore, it seems small when you first walk in but it's anything but. so many adorable trinkets that are handmade, repurposed & vintage. there's not a lot of furniture selection, more home decor. they've got a small selection of handmade candles, soaps, lotions, totes & denim crossbody bags. there's a children's section with hello kitty & disney characters in the very back second area of shop. perfect place if you'd like to go antiquing & need to get a gift for your child, niece, nephew, grandbabies or godchildren. once upon a time is located right next to the comics & collectibles shop & another small antique shop. we found an antique inspired decorative stool at a great price, it was repurposed to look like an 18th century piece. beautiful & functional, very well made.the ladies here are lovely & friendly, very welcoming & helpful. looking forward to see what they have around christmas time.

Pretty items for sale, nice music playing.....BUT the lady working in the front (older lady with long blonde hair) needs to work on her customer service skills.No eye contact as I was purchasing my item, barely a hello and barely a thank you.I would hate to think this was the owner.

Fun sets of displays from multiple vendors. Lots of farmhouse chic type stuffs, Christmas items on discount currently. Plenty of bits and bobs.

This store has lots of stylish and high quality home furniture and decor. You can find wall decor that is custom made as well as refinished tables, dressers, desks and a variety of other beautiful wall wreaths. Custom signs are also available.

The stuff here is great! Love how they have all these cute trinkets for home decor! Only thing was how rude the lady with the blonde hair was. She made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my whole visit. I would have given this place 5 stars if it weren't for how I was treated by the lady with blonde hair.

In short, the ladies lied about items being "homemade" and while I'm well aware that several of the downtown stores are resellers and/or sell stuff from cheaper wholesalers, they shouldn't be lying about the authenticity of their stuff. Now that I see they've purchased from other large stores as well as HomeGoods I see that they are particularly greedy with their prices at this store. I usually love coming here because I admire their stock and the way they display their booths. As a higher up at HomeGoods I can easily recognize that tons of items in this store are purchased from HG/TJ Maxx/Marshall's and resold for usually 3-4x the price, but I've always been willing to look past that because we have so many "collectors" who buy and resell our products in various markets anyways. I recently bought a gingerbread man garland from the store for $15 and when the lady sold it to me, she said the owner of that booth "handmade" all the garlands. However, I visited Hobby Lobby a few days later and found the same garlands that were in the store that they claimed were homemade. Not to mention the garland was only $7 in Hobby Lobby. I don't mind the reselling but do not lie about your products.

Absolutely love this boutique! Once Upon a Time is full of unique farmhouse decor and it's the perfect place if you're wanting a touch of Chip and Joanna as I like to call it. I purchased an old window frame, glass included as well as a mini wreath attached for $40. I also purchased a vintage plaid button-up that I adore!

What an adorable store! I'm not sure how long its been there. I had never heard of it. I just happened to walk by. So glad I went in. They take old furniture and items and fix them up and sell them. Upcycled, shabby chic furniture and home decor. The prices were actually a lot less than I expected. Some of the cute signs were under $30. I only took a few pics but there is much more to see. The only thing I would suggest is for the lady at the front desk to greet people. We walked in and she was reading something and never said hi or can I help you. Would have been nice to have her say welcome. I will still be back because I just loved how everything was set up in this store.

Once Upon a Time is the best store ever. Great furniture and home decor. So clean and smells great. Always friendly and helpful. Frequently having awesome giveaways/drawings.
