They were able to take care of transport to the of all places the County Clerk. Very professional and helpful. Worked to make the trip as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them, if you need transport.

I would give them a -5 if that was an option. We tried to use them twice. 1st time I made an appointment over the phone and paid in cash. The driver showed up 30 minutes late. The previous customer had complications and caused the delay. Ok, we get that so we gave them a second chance even though it caused my husband to miss his Dr appointment. The second time, I made my appointment over the phone and I paid on-line two days in advance. They transport was a complete NO SHOW. We called frantically trying to get an idea if my husband was going to make his Dr appointment this time. We left several messages with answering service. We recieved no return calls. To this day, they have not returned any of our attempts to contact them. The charge went through and we have been charged $80 with no service rendered. We have had to resort to disputing the fee since they have not refunded or contacted us. So unprefessional to treat people like this. They caused my husband to miss TWO very important Dr appointments. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next. So sad that they just dismiss individuals who need help to get to Dr appointments.

Such a curiosity. Scheduled my mother for transport, but 2 days before-hand she was taken by ambulance to the ER. I called and cancelled the transport. They had already charged my card (!), 2 days prior to scheduled service. A bit unprofessional, but they promised a refund.After a month of no refund showing on my statement, I called. Lorenzo apologized, and said it would go out first thing in the morning. It did not.From then on, for 3 months, I have called, but the answering service now picks up all calls during business hours, and said they would pass on the message.I went to the 2 office addresses they list on their website. One does not have any building at the address. The other is an empty office. Again, called but answering exchange answered, and said they are aware that no actual offices are at those addresses, but they cannot give out the actual location.After multiple emails, Jennifer promised a refund "first thing in the morning." No refund to date. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. They have attempted 2 times to contact, but the On Point has not replied. Now Visa has taken the case, which is now considered a fraud case.Curious, does On Point not have the resources to refund $120? What can be their business problems that On Point would destroy their reputation for $120? Why the anonymity, the deceit, the hiding? It would be so easy to resolve this. In the meantime, they have shown themselves to be a fraudulent, unprofessional business that has to hide so as not to be approached by their defrauded customers and any legal representation. Small claims court next. I highly recommend that you find another company for medical transport.

I have recently used On Point for medical transport for my sick friend that I was taking care of, who is no longer with us. The staff and drivers were friendly and always reliable and got us to her appointments on time. It was easy to call and set up her appointments and they made it very convenient to pay online. The drivers took the time to have a conversation with us and made my friend feels as though she was not sick. I highly recommend using their services.

Scheduled an appointment for a recognition reception for my father. Was guaranteed they would be on time. Well, appointment time came, called numerous times and only got an answering machine. On Point Medical Transport never showed up or called. I will never use them or refer them to anyone. They totally left us hanging. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My aunt has been a long time client. When our family doesn't have time to take her to appointments Lorenzo and his staff have been ready and available to help. We have been happy with the service. The owner himself has even driven her to appointments when the staff has had a full schedule.
