Off The Grill

I've gone a few times recently because they are open early and I have to say, they are growing on me. I had a good bacon cheese burger the last time I was there and lately I've been getting the breakfast burritos. I'm a fan of the salsa they include, it's not spicy and it really brings the whole burrito together. They are always friendly and kind when I walk in. I would recommend calling before coming in though. Everything is fresh made so it can take a little bit to get your food if you just show up.

Hubby decided to try a new place. And lucky me, he shared! This is a breakfast burrito with smoked sausage and there was no shortage of the sausage! Potatoes were plentiful (albeit a tad undercooked) and eggs were exuding! I do wish there was more cheese (I love cheese!), but it did not take anything away from the flavor! Smokey goodness oozing with every bite! The sausage was definitely the star! Salsa was pretty basic. Mild to med heat and tart. Not a lot of flavor. But it worked in a pinch. Sufficed to say, We would definitely get this burrito again. It fed us both and we were pretty full. And just $8!

The food is soooo good. Sorry I didn't take pics I totally forgot. But I had tri-tip fries and dad had a burger n fries!! Sooooo good and the fries have this super tasty seasoning on them! I will return FORSURE!! Great customer service and great food!

This place is the best they always have good food, & friendly service. It's my go to spot everyday at lunch during work lol.

Getting lunch! One chicken Philly sandwich ordered. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I walked in to get it. The order was ready and the worker was very kind. I paid for the order and the worker handed it over with good day wishes! Clean and safe. Definitely a place where you go to pick up and leave. They do have outside seating. Lunchtime! Chicken Philly sandwich split in half. My half was really delicious! You get bbq with it and that made it even better! Plus, it has peppers in it too! Fresh bread and chicken cooked perfectly. Just really tasty! Mother said hers was great too! Great service and delicious chicken Philly sandwich! Highly recommended!

Excellent food, had a cheese burger and my spouse had a pulled pork sandwich. My only complaint is the burger wasn't the juicy at all. Kinda weird to describe bc it wasn't a thin patty at all but it had the same kinda texture like a cheaper quality meat. Bun was really good and fresh tasting and my spouse liked his pulled pork and the fries are really good. Service was great and friendly. Ambience is a more to go than sit in place bc there's only 4 small stools against a wall in the entryway.,Looking forward to returning and trying out more items.

So glad we tried Off The Grill on a hot Saturday night when we didn't want to cook. There is a small counter area where you could dine in and outdoor tables for when it's much cooler out. We decided to order to go and asked that our sandwiches be ready in about 45 minutes or so-enough time to go to The Oasis for a drink. The timing was perfect--our sandwiches were hot and bagged to go when we got back. I chose the Philly Cheese Steak and he chose the Tri Tip sandwich. Both were so delicious! I'd definitely order again and ask for extra cheese-but I love, love, love cheese. Our sandwiches were enough for two meals. I'd like to try their fries next time too. Lots of great bbq choices, definitely will be back.

Tri-tip was sliced a little on the thin side but had good flavor, color, and soft not chewy. The potato salad was balanced creamy and had enough potato chunk good color and taste. The bbq sauce was sweet and tangy and seemed to be their own recipe. The tri-tip burger was juicy, and we'll seasoned, the thin cut tri-tip was well balanced with the burger and tasty, the thick cut beacon was crispy complemented the two other meats. The burger bun was warm and toasted and held up considering it held 3 meats together. The french fries were freshly made and well seasoned, and the green salad was fresh and crispy.

Was in Sanger for a meeting today and was looking for somewhere to eat stopped at Off the Grill. Ordered the burger with tri tip combo with fries. It was absolutely fantastic. Gave the owner a five five on this place. Let him know they need one in Fresno or Clovis. I would drive here at least once a week for that burger. Great Job

Dine-in options are limited with only a few tables located outside. It wasn't a problem for me because I was only grabbing it to go. The service was good. I called in and arrived 15 minutes later with my food ready. While I appreciated the fast service, I'm not sure if I would come back. The food was only so-so. I ordered the tri tip plate, classic burger, and philly cheesesteak. The prices were fair. I was able to add grilled onions to my burger and they were very nice about it. As I mentioned, the service was good. While the burger was a nice handful, the patty wasn't seasoned or maybe not seasoned well. It just tasted okay. Not enough salt and pepper was the theme, because the philly cheesesteak and the tri tip tasted somewhat lacking in this aspect as well. In terms of portion size, I thought both items were more than enough. I loved the buns for both the burger and the sandwich. Options for sides were more plentiful than usual for me, which I really liked. That was probably my favorite thing here. I could choose from fries, rice pilaf, potato salad, green salad, and chili beans. I loved the pilaf. The fries had lots of seasoning. I'd come back for the sides if not the burgers.
