Edit: Directly got in touch with Flum. And apparently all of their wholesale buyers sign a contract to accept refunds, something this buyer did not adhere to. Something so simple, am I right?Also will not be returning since the item I bought was not what I asked for. I said no menthol and he still sold me menthol. I cannot handle menthol and this flavor was intense. Made me so nauseous and wheezy that I felt like throwing up. Would not allow a refund or exchange because the package was open, well no shit how else would I have figured out it would be menthol? Because the package sure as hell didn't say anything... $25 gone. Save yourself the time and money and go to a real vape shop. As this one won't be around much longer.

Sadly I won't be going back here, I made a purchase a few days ago and needed an exchange because the battery mod quit working. They wouldn't exchange my battery because I didn't have the package it came in 30 bucks and one customer gone.
