Oakhurst Rock and Landscape: March 15, 2023We've supported this establishment on several occasions. Today, Gary and Ian delivered our purchase. Both the men are friendly and cheerful. I enjoyed their positive demeanour. If you're in the market to 'beauty-up' your yard, this is the go-to place. Good customer service, friendly men with a cheerful attitude.

Love this place! The best customer service I have experienced in the area in a long time. We went to Lowe's at first to order our patio cobblestone pavers. They gave us an estimated delivery date that was 2 months out. After 3 months the order still had not been delivered so we canceled it. We went to oakhurst rock and they had it here within 3 business days! Great communication. They called to let us know when it would be delivered and callers the day before. And a great selection. Highly recommend them!

I've purchased several different products from garden bed dirt to rocks and gravel. Very friendly and easy to work with the crew and owner. The delivery was right on time and they put the load right where I asked. We have more projects coming up and yes, we will be going back to Oakhurst Rock for all our needs. I Love this place! I'm always greeted right away and they are so friendly and helpful. Their selection is good and so are their prices. I've been many times with always a great experience.

I've been to Oakhurst Rock twice this week for material. Both times I was immediately greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. Craig was quick to ask and help with finding the proper step stones and to load in my vehicle. I highly recommend Oakhurst Rock and Landscape Supply.

On 6-23-18, I went in to inquire about soil for a raised garden bed. It was recommend that I buy their special mix & have it delivered. I paid for it (well over $300). My delivery day got changed, but that wasn't a problem. Told them exactly where I needed it delivered, yet he was confused upon arrival. Somehow, he managed to hit the corner of the house & smash in my gutter. I imagine had my spouse not been yelling, the whole side of the house would have gone with it. I've had a moving van, propane truck & other deliveries there with no problem. The load finally got dumped in the driveway. I have called MANY times to discuss repair of my gutter. I always get told the owner isn't there but WILL call back. Still haven't received a return call. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. Is that how customers are treated? And to add insult, everything planted in this special mix has died along with the replacement plants. Oakhurst Rocks, you suck!!! Lousy product, lousy service, lousy follow-up, lousy attitude & really lousy delivery driver.

We bought several yards of their bulk planting mix and it was horrible. Most of it was sand and uncomposted chicken manure, which needless to say killed almost all of my plants. The dirt was also full of garbage, I found broken glass, parts of plastic motor oil containers and tape in the mix among other things. You are better off getting soil for your garden somewhere else.

I can't review their products because I didn't get past the man who answered the phone. I don't know how they have any business with him answering the phone, and providing information about their products. He, in my opinion, was very rude. When I asked if there was a delivery charge. He said, "You want it delivered, don't you?" Later he told me with a purchase of 10 yards of material there was no delivery charge! Every question I had, he answered with the same attitude. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for my rocks.
