Here at the sidewalk sale. DONT BOTHER COMING THEY WONT LET YOU TRY on the clothes. No mirrors. One lady put down her clothes after they told her she could try them on in the back out in the open over her own clothes Such a waste &!they send out emails advertising this sale. Such a mess. Arguing w/ customers too. Poor customer service

I left this store feeling extremely happy and pleased after my purchase today. The sales associate Karyme was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different items in the store. I didn't feel rushed at all. Excellent customer service. I took off one star for the prices. The prices in there are somewhat steep. For two tops, two pants and a watch I paid 174.00. Even though I spent well over what I wanted to I got exactly what I was searching for that I could not find elsewhere. Their selection of tall pants and colors are extremely plentiful and I can appreciate that. Finding pants for my long legs can be a struggle. I definitely left feeling as though my money was well spent. Quality over quantity means a lot to me. If you are not on an extremely tight budget and want a huge selection of quality scrubs then the Nurses Boutique will suit your needs. * TIP* They offer different discounts to different healthcare and government workers on select days 10% off.

I was very disappointed in the selection of men's shoes available at the store. While I am Not Myself a nurse, I do know many male nurses, and I find that their selection is a bit discriminatory. Women aren't the only ones who become nurses, and nurses aren't the only ones who would seek nurses shoes. There are many people, in many lines of work, who would wear nurses shoes because they are on their feet all day. Depending on their profession they may not be able to wear tennis shoes styles, and so would not be able to purchase shoes from hereThe only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of one , is that their customer service was pretty decent, and the lady who worked there seems to understand my frustration and not having a larger selection of male shoes

A lot of options, good prices and good customer service!! Was able to try on everything. Never thought it was this difficult to find scrubs my 1st time, Christine was VERY helpful and knowledgeable!!

Service was decent. They're stock isn't very good. I can never find 2XL. The girl that helped me check out wasn't very nice.

This store changes there return policy as they please your better off.. buying on line cheaper and better clothes options.

I was very disappointed in their customer service policies. Over the last three years I have spent approximately $600 in this store and have collected "punches" in their customer reward card. When I returned to the store ( and spent and additional 300) I handed the clerk my full reward card to use the promised 20% discount. I was told by the clerk that the card would not be honored unless I could also produce ALL 10 receipts for each of those purchases. Each receipt is approximately 6 inches long and were acquired over a three year period. It is unrealistic to expect customers to carry a stack of receipts in their wallets for three years. Many stores offer similar rewards to customers, but don't place that burden on the customer. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding giving the discount thru this policy. I spend a lot of money on scrubs, but they will not get another dime of my money.
