Nu Flooring

Nu Flooring deserve 5 stars and then some. I have gotten to know Owner Antonio and his team very well over the last couple of years. What I can tell you is he is the most honest and fair price in town. Looking for years of expertise? He's got it. Looking for someone who stays in communication throughout the project (and not just when they closing the deal)? Yup that's him. Antonio and his team show a level of professionalism while still being down to Earth that is simply a joy to work with. I can't tell you how many contractors we have used in the past that simply don't show up, overcharge by factors 2 or 3 times the going rate, or simply just "drop off" once a project gets started. If you are wanting to avoid this, go with Nu Flooring. They are worth every penny.As a special thank you and recognition for Antonio, I am including the extra mile he went for my wife and I. The long story short, is my wife and I wanted new flooring throughout the majority of our house (~2200 sq ft). We chose a product we were happy with and Antonio quickly finished the job. Unfortunately, the product had a defect that caused a "crackle/snapping" sound when stepped on. While most contractors would have cut loose and ran, Antonio stayed and helped us navigate the entire warranty process. Keep in mind, this process took numerous months to complete with dozens of hoops to jump through. Never during the entire time did Antonio ignore my call or give up on our project.In the end, the warranty was approved and his team laid down our entire house once again. As expected, the floor came out beautifully with no issues what so ever. From budget to timing, Antonio and his team came through just as promised.I can honestly say there are very few contractors that I trust (as I have worked with a lot of them in town). And if you are like me, trust and communication is the highest quality to find when looking to start a project with someone. Rest assured, when it comes to any flooring project, Nu Flooring has me as a customer for life!

We are replacing all of our flooring (tile and carpet) with laminate planks. We are DIYer's so we were going to do the work ourselves. We decided not to do the stairs. The cuts have to be perfect, every stair is different and the product is so expensive that we didn't want to take a chance on making to many mistakes. We contacted Nu Flooring and Antonio came out in the next few days and fit us in ( since it was a smaller job). His installer came out and we were very impressed. He was friendly and professional and he gave us many tips which will help us when we continue on our own. He was careful, methodical, patient and his cuts were precise. His work is perfection. In fact we are going to have them do the laundry room as well. Bottom line: we couldn't be happier. We both give Nu Flooring our highest recommendation.
