NS Eyebrow Threading

New employees messed up the whole business. they leave your eyebrows THIN & uneven then blame it on your eyebrows. very unprofessional and self taught no schooling shouldn't be working here. this place used to be good when mukta was working here. not anymore. go to eyebrow plus for a much better experience i believe the old owner works here now and is so much better !

I literally told the lady a clean up, but she did whatever she wanted. Only go here if you like your eyebrows super thin!

I been coming here for a long time I liked their service and how friendly they are. Today, I walked in and saw there was a new girl and I thought to myself it won't hurt to let someone else do my eyebrows. Well, that was a HUGE mistake! She asked if I just wanted a clean up and I said YES! Well, after she gave my the mirror my eyebrow were practically gone they were so thin and the owner was there all she did was apologize didn't even try to make anything better. I wish I hadn't had paid for the service. I was so UPSET I started crying once I got to my car. I wouldn't recommend it and I for sure won't be back.

I walked in friendly and asked if I could get my eyesbrows threaded.. they said no cause cause the lady has her nails done and couldn't do them.. very unprofessional.. they were rude to me.. and someone walked in after mean and welcomed them very nicely.. the lady that did my eyebrows didn't use clothes to shape my eyebrows.. she let the glue dry and ripped them off.. she messed up my eyebrows so bad.. I'ma have to let them fully grow out before I get them done again.. she chopped my inner left eyebrow so there uneven.. she didn't shape them right either.. worst place ever.. didn't even tip the Butch..

I've been coming here for years to have my Eyebrows Threaded. The Owner is a nice lady and knows how to run her business with very great customer service. She has experience in what she does and I only trust her with my eyebrows. She's very warm and welcoming! She makes me feel comfortable and makes me laugh through the pain of beauty. She does get super busy so be ready to wait but it's worth it in the end! She even took me in a couple minutes after she closed her shop. I said, can you still take me please! She said, "For you, I will." You can't find that kind of customer service anywhere else. That's why I keep coming to NS Eyebrow Threading Salon!

I walked out without paying :/The younger lady did mine today. They already weren't the same but she managed to make them look even more different from each other, thinner and one's shorter. breathe*...

Jazz, was the person who did my threading. She was so nice and did amazing I loved how they came out. I would come back again

First, one of the ladies straight up told me my eyebrows were messed up. Rude. Then she threaded them and they did not look the same at all. She said it was because my eyebrow was patchy. I understand that but they looked completely different. Then the 2nd lady tried to fix it and now they look different and super thin/small. She said, well let us know before next time. Let you know that I don't want super skinny eyebrows?! Never going back. Plus, they don't sanitize the chair between customers

Good eyebrow review. Very nice people, good furniture. Clean area and good experience. 10/10 recommended for good eyebrows.

I walked in right as she was closing and she made time for me. I've had my brows threaded at several other places and this is the least pain I have ever felt! I could not believe it, my eyes usually water but she was so quick and precise I barely felt anything at all. I will definitely be back!
