Novielli Painting

I want to thank you for everything you and your team did to make my home so beautiful. I'm sorry I missed the last call, I've been putting things back together. I wanted to share the finished product and please tell Ivan how much I appreciate his attention to detail. I've changed my family's holiday plans and we will be enjoying the season at my home. We had them do a pretty big project years ago. The price was good, but in the end we were not happy with the outcome, especially since they took about four times as long to get things done as promised.Years later, we are still coming across things they missed or did a shoddy job on...missed patches of paint on a wall, missing screws, a missing toilet paper holder, fading paint. Perhaps a smaller job is their cup of tea. It just seemed like they were never really able to show up reliably.

First, let me say that Frank Novielli is a great human being. I had read the reviews and heard great things from friends who had their home painted by Novielli Painting. So maybe my expectations were too high, but I don't think so. I was sold on the attention to detail that I was told to expect. Well, it took about two and a half weeks to finish our home and that is about a week and a half longer than we were led to expect. We had them return several times to fix or redo parts that were not acceptable. I think the big problem was with the lead painter, Billy. There is an obvious language barrier and he kept nodding in agreement with things we told him then didn't do it or at least not properly. There were even instructions Frank gave him in Spanish that he ignored. My wife heard the instructions and knows enough Spanish to understand that Billy didn't do what he was told. We even had Frank's son out to review the things that were done poorly. Billy came back and still didn't do everything properly. Frank had a personal commitment and wasn't able to come back to inspect the final product. After hearing about his conflict I haven't heard from him since. So I suppose he is satisfied with the final product. At this point I don't care to hear from anyone at Novielli. I'm just going to pick up some paint and finish the spots that should have been done the first week.

Hired these guys to do some painting in my house. Not much but some areas needed to be done. All the baseboards, a couple of interior doors and the front door, inside and out. Also, a wall had a bad looking patch they repaired. and 2 walls painted. The 2 men that were sent did a fabulous job. Polite, clean and paid attention to details. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for painters. I found them on the internet, so I did not have any prior experience with them, just a hit or miss, and it was big hit!!

Frank and his crew, Vladimir and Luis were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had met with several other top Fresno painters and none of them ticked all the boxes like Novielli did: Frank offered the most competitive bid and he was friendly, accommodating, honest, and transparent.When we said we wanted Benjamin Moore, Frank said no problem. Other painters said it was overkill. Frank also arranged the purchase of the paint directly from the supplier without markup and got us a great deal. Vladimir and his crew were always on time and worked diligently. They were respectful, patient, and genuinely cared about their work. They worked like machines in the heat. At the very end, Frank and his crew did a final walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied with every inch of the job which we really appreciate. If you need anything painted, don't look any further than Novielli. You can't go wrong with these guys.

From the first contact to the conclusion this project it was joy to work with Frank Novielli and his crew Billy and his brother Israel. Our project was to redo the trim work on our house, not a large job, but my wife and I were treated like this was a major painting project. I have two projects in the future and Novielli Painting will be our go to painting partner. Outstanding is an understatement.

After getting a few bids from other companies, we had Frank come out for a quote. He pointed out flaws on the exterior of our home that nobody else saw and said they would fix them. Their website states 100% satisfaction and it is really true. Billy and his team went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. They were on time, friendly, and attention to detail was unbelievable. My wife and I are blown away. When Frank says you will love it, he's right, you will and you won't be disappointed. Found Novielli Painting on Facebook where an ex co-worker of mine gave them two thumbs up. Knowing how particular my co-worker was, I decided to give them a try myself. They did not disappoint!!! After requesting a quote, I was called within minutes to schedule Frank to come out the very next day. Frank gave a very fair and detailed quote, then Jose and his team came out and did a great job! I have already referred them to two of my friends as I am confident they will have the same great experience as I did.

We are so grateful to have found them! They did an amazing job on painting the interior of our home for our renovations. The team was professional, kind, and thorough, checking in with us the entire time to make sure we were satisfied with their work in each room. They were already reasonable on price and they even gave us a military discount for my service on top of that. Cannot recommend them enough!
