This company lacks professionalism. Once they got us to get Solar our phone calls and emails have been ignored. We have been going through this for the last 6 months. The Techs that came to install did a horrible job. They rearranged our Breaker panel, our A/C (transformer) went out so we have no A/C. I live in the Central Valley and need A/C. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Placed a call this morning again and was told by the receptionist that the Cheif Operating Office would call us. NO PHONE CALLWhat happen to Awesome Customer service? What happen to putting customers first? If it wasn't for the Consumer they would not have a job.I will be contacting the BBB to make my complaint.

I decided to go solar after my PGE bill reached $1000 in July 2022. My neighbor cut down 2 - 35 foot tall trees in June 2020. The summer of 2020 was the beginning of the budget busting electric bill. So in addition to filing criminal charges against the property owner, who does not reside in the house, I filed a unlimited civil lawsuit in 2024(statute of limitations 5 years). Having my property and self disappointed by the installation of panel blocked by my fireplace chimney, and tall shade tree by Novembertech's subcontractor-A. I told the salesmen that my tree was to remain and yet his subcontractor was done with the 1st set of panels right where it would underperform. Novembertech sent out a site surveyor to "PLAN" my installation area that would be most productive. Novembertech's subcontract-A also placed panels in the obstructed area by that same tree on my garage roof. The only nice thing I can is the manufacturer - Enphase has great customer service and follow thru. I also put the finance company "HomeRun Finance" formerly Pace Finance on notice that they failed to send a representative to ensure that all contractual equipment was installed and running properly. Home Run Finance is not a BBB firm, although they have been in business for 22 years approximately- they changed their name from PACE. The City and state are not Home Run's agent and they did not send anyone from their business to inspect the equipment or ensure that the system is operational before paying Novembertech. Novembertech's salesman wanted my testimonial and I felt pressured to do so. I brought up the under performance issues several times. Home Run Finance order Novembertech to come out after I complained about the True Up bill came in after exporting 1/3 of my production to PGE. The tech was there only to see if my system was "running". He looked at my equipment and I showed my the Enphase app data that showed me importing power from PGE at 3:30 PM " live time" - my enphase battery was fully charged and set to self consumption and my panels were still generating power. And the icing on the cake - the tech looked at the main power box and stated the the wiring was not done correctly. So no, i am not happy, and I plan to have every government entity brought in to look at both Novembertech and Home Run to determine what happened and how many other clients of theirs have this issue.

After a 7 month battle my solar system is still not up and going, paid $70,000 cash they received the last payment and stopped returning my phone calls text messages and emails, have had multiple subcontractors out to do thier work and the manufacturer won't let them finish the install because the don't have the required certifications. The salesman tells you about all these rebates you can get yet novembertech is not a certified installer to be able to get the rebates..... take your money else where people, these people are crooks....

After having left a review about this company, the owner of this company reached out to me personally. He seemed to be very understanding of my frustrations and disappointed with the way things had been going. The owner seemed to be empathetic. He appeared to go out of his way to make up for my experience with his company as much as possible. Though this and all companies have areas which may be improved, I'm sure with the owner aware of some issues things will get better. I am glad to say the job is completely finished and happy the owner stepped in. I appriceate the personal customer service the owner showed therefore I must change my rating.
