Northbrook Apartments

So sad to be leaving Northbrook. This apartment was the best! The price was affordable, the place was well maintained, and the property manager is friendly, responsive, and aware.

These apartments were great! Only lived there for 6 months but my experience there was awesome. Super cheap place to live and in a decent neighborhood. The layout of the apartment was great and the neighbors were quiet. However, the best thing about these apartments is the rental manager, Rainie. She made sure we were taken care of and if we had any issues, she fixed them super quick. She is so nice and she was always on top of everything going on at the complex. Such a great experience!! Would have loved to stay but we moved in with family to save more $

Good standard living can't be noisy at times. Very low rent for pretty good neighborhood. I could live here for next 10 years but I'm going too. Plus a really great landlord manager person.

Great property even better property manager. Rainy was great very helpful with all my questions, cant wait to move in.

We have lived at Northbrook Apartments for eight years. Raine is the property manager and she does excellent work for all the tenants. Alberto and Jorge are the best maintenance and repair professionals . The landscaper works hard to keep the grounds in excellent condition. A very few past tenants have tried to take advantage of Northbrook Apartments in a negative way but they no longer reside here so be aware that the policies are enforced for everyone's benefit. Northbrook Apartments are great for families and older persons but I would not advise you to live here if you think you can have loud boisterous gatherings because it is not tolerated. We rate Northbrook Apartments five-star.

Best complex in the Fresno area. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Have lived there a long time and do not plan to move any time soon!!!
