The owner (Trevor) and his family have so much love and passion for their restaurant and the community. I love being able to contribute when you can see all the effort and excitement put into the food and service. I also cal tell he tries to really know his customers and care for them. As far as the food : really the best quality meat and flavor. I've tried a handful of their items... just had the breakfast burrito today I believe it was called the redinger special, took me back to New Mexico style ranchero breakfast flavors sooo yummy . It's BIG we shared it. Brisket and bacon inside were perfect. Got a side of salsa also. Wouldn't mind adding a second egg on top but also maybe more of the ranchero sauce .... Otherwise made us want to try more of the breakfast items. Also glad they have a kids menu and added the tacos to the menu. Everything is great.

Great local spot, definitely worth the 1 hr drive from Fresno! Great BBQ and even better sides! AMAZING!!! Service was perfect! Meat was smoked to absolute perfection! I really enjoyed the pictures of the Veterans! It honored them Well.The smoked Apple Pie was absolutely delicious! We're local ish.. In Auberry but it's well worth the trip.The BBQ Sauce selection is great!

My husband and I were working up in Bass Lake and decided to pick up lunch in the area , we found this BbQ place on the way home in North Fork and decided to try it. Well let's start by saying this place has earned their stars and reviews on Yelp! We ordered the 2 meat plate because I wasn't that hungry and wanted to just share with my husband. We got the tri tip and brisket plate. OMG the brisket is out of this world!! My husband and I have never had brisket this delicious! It beats Westwoods by far!! Customer service is incredible also! Trevor the owner retired military is super nice . We loved it so much we had to take a pound of brisket home for dinner later. He also gave us a sample of their pull pork "incredible "! Definitely will be back again soon. Thank you Trevor for your hospitality and for your service

Really good tri-tip! Their menu is limited to bbq chicken or tri too but that's okay because they do it right! My son also enjoyed the rancher dog which is their chili cheese hotdog sandwich and he said it was good.The shop is veteran owned and price is reasonable! Will definitely be back when we're hankering for some tri tip!! Sides were tasty as well, my daughter devoured the Mac n cheese!

PHENOMENAL ! (I was sooo hungry) but phenomenal. I wouldn't change a thing. The pulled pork tacos were excellent, the poppyseed slaw is a nice touch. I can't wait to go back and try their breakfast

The service was wonderfully friendly and familiar, despite this being my first visit. Atmosphere is cozy and exactly what you'd want from a BBQ place. And let me tell you about that brisket sandwich! The bread is perfectly toasted so there's a little crunch, the brisket was so tender, and that slaw on top was the perfect touch. Also, they didn't skimp on the delicious pickles, which is always a plus for me. If you're in North Fork, you've gotta try this place!

Excellent food and service. The people are extremely courteous. I've been here a few times I've had their pulled pork sandwich, which was very tender juicy and tasty and then I also had their ribs, which were extremely delicious as well fall off the bone. And her sides, baked beans and coleslaw and potato salad were all very delicious as well.
