New Ocean Massage

Asked for a 20% tip for after my massage, demand made me uncomfortable and definitely did not feel the quality of service deserved a mandatory 20% tip. Massage was done in open space, person doing massage carrying on conversation during my session, 0% relaxing. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a couple's massage on Groupon for my bf and myself. Called today to make an appointment. "New owner doesn't like Groupon, so you can't use it. You can try to get your money back on group on and come in and we'll charge you the same price." Ummm what? So I paid them for the service, and will not be receiving the service. Cool. I've been once before, and the lady that did my massage was really rough even after I asked her to go a little light on the pressure. Wanted to give it another chance. I don't ever like leaving bad reviews, especially at local places, but this is absolute bulls%#*. I just purchased the Groupon a month ago and it expires in at the end of October. Don't go here.

I know previous people have mentioned that they had issues using Groupon at this shop and I didn't read that until after I purchased a voucher for a couples massage for my wife and I. Fortunately, whatever previous issue they may have had appears to be remedied. They gladly took our voucher and we had an excellent massage experience! My wife had what I assume is the wife and I had the husband. Both of us could barely get up from the table we were like jelly. Will definitely go back!

I enjoyed my full hour full body massage, I have been to other places, I can honestly tell you that this place has been the best I have been to. Shasha did a great job. I am definitely coming back here soon.

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. At least one is paid for or a bot (check the profile). This place won't honor Groupon deals that are still up on Groupon - so they're basically scamming customers. Besides that, the one time I have been to this place, I received the worst "massage" of my life and it was so loud. I like to support local, but not when they don't take care of their customers, don't honor deals that their customers have already paid for, and don't even try to provide a good service. Please, go somewhere else - there are so many other options in the area.

Tried to schedule an appointment using my Groupon voucher and was told they no longer accept Groupon.

Not great. Tried this place out and could hear every conversation that was going on by every person walking by the entrance. Not relaxing. Mall is a bad location.

I had a great foot massage here. Prices are very reasonable for the great quality. I will definitely be coming back.

Affordable and a great experience. Haven't had a good massage in a while and I'm definitely coming back again .
