Does not have personable skills. Comes off as a prick and a know it all. Definitely could use better customer service skills. Not very professional either.

After many years of going to Dr. Espana to successfully address a wide variety of minor to very serious conditions and injuries, I had an occasion to go see a "regular" Doctor because of legal and insurance requirements. It had been about 15yrs since my last visit to see an modern American MD. I was shocked to say the least with my experience. I became irate at the MD because he didn't seem to care anything at all about finding or creating a solution for the condition! "I can give you a prescription for a good pain killer if you'd like?" Are you kidding!! Well to try and keep a long story short, with Dr. Espana I have always felt he had my best health in mind. He has utterly spoiled me with great, professional, skilled and intuitive health treatment and health guidance using an incredible variety of advanced products and devices I'm sure I would never have gotten from a regular doctor. In my most recent visit, Dr. Rob was able to order a full blood panel and when the results came in just a few days later he was able to see me right away and read the technical report with obvious knowledge, insight and understanding you might expect from a high profile specialist and then immediately develop a plan to address the issues that showed up. Something that possibly could have taken months to achieve using a regular medical office or clinic! That's time saved that could very well have costed my life waiting for "modern medicine" to do their job!I don't know enough how to express my deep gratitude and appreciation for Dr. España's willingness and expertise to do all he can to help me through any health issues. Thank you Dr. Rob! May you and your efforts be recognized and your life blessed with unimaginable prosperity of all kinds
