Nanas Flower Shop

This is now my go-to flower shop. I went in today to get a birthday arrangement for my mom. It was last minute and the owner and his wife were so nice. The owner made it for me even though he was running behind a bit. The flowers are beautiful! Thank you for helping me out today. Your customer service is top-notch and so are your arrangements.

I called Nana's flower shop based on great yelp reviews and they truly were exceptional. The gentleman that helped me over the phone was kind and understanding with my needs for a same day order for my grandmas funeral I was attending later in the day. The arrangement was perfect and they added a special touch with a message I requested that was beautifully written by them on my behalf. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. Nana's flowers shop arrangements were truly beautiful. They arrived right on time, and flowers looked so fresh. I was very pleased with how they came out and appreciated Elva helping me with the order when I called because I had forgotten to add some information online. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Nana's Flower Shop was so great to work with. When I order flowers for our company to send out, I always appreciate a phone call to answer the questions and do all the things. Posers. They aren't the business they lead you to believe. I have never met an Asian woman who went by Nana. I don't care where you or your family is from, but don't mislead people. When you see the word Nana, Asian is not the image you think of first. They did not make the arrangement I ordered. The flowers they delivered were old and didn't last even 1 day. They did give me a partial refund. I would have rather had the right bouquet delivered or at least one that had fresh flowers. It was embarrassing.

I highly recommend Nana's Flower Shop. Their website is easy to use and I was able to place an order for next day delivery. The floral design actually turned out better than the online photos! They updated me via text and email of the delivery process and then sent me a photo of the arrangement for delivery confirmation. Their updates provided me peace of mind as I ordered from out of town and was not able to see the shop in person. So nice to support a local business that provides high quality service and arrangements!

The best florist I have ever used, hands down. Arturo was fantastic, and everyone gave me personalized service. They kept me informed of my order, complete with a photo of the arrangement when it was delivered! The flowers were fresh and beautiful. It was good old fashioned person to person service -- no apps, call centers or computer chats. Absolutely wonderful experience.Thank you Nanas!

I called last minute to place an order and they were accommodating and delivered a lovely bouquet to my niece. She sent a picture and it was exactly as pictured on their website. Very friendly staff. I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you Nana's!

I would give 10 Stars if I could. The customer service and attention to detail were spot on. They listened to my ideas for my Mom's funeral flowers and made my vision come true. The owner delivered them himself. Everyone who attended kept telling my how beautiful the flowers were and how they were just my Mom's style. THANK YOU Nanas for making a difficult day beautiful!

Just ordered flowers from Nanas Flower Shop they are an awesome business. I really like the notification when my flowers were delivered. They are also very reasonable with the prices as well . I give them 5 stars and highly recommended them if you need to order flowers you will not be disappointed
