I always liked coming here. They do very good with their acrylic nails however I haven't been wanting to get acrylics anymore so I asked for dip powder nails with extensions (it is listed as one of their services) and I put that down as the service I wanted when I checked in. When I was called to a chair the lady asked what I wanted and I told her dip powder with extensions she told me very rudely no no I don't do that I only do acrylics and then just started to do acrylics on me. I didn't want to upset her so I just let her do it. They were very nice and I still liked them but it wasn't what I wanted so I think they just need to be more clear on that if it is a service they claim to provide.

Pros: clean environment and use of new & disinfected tools per customerCons: The customer service varies by the nail tech you are assigned, ex: the first time I went for gel mani the dude cut me twice. The second time I went for a full set and all went well. Each experience was with a different nail tech. Setting up an appointment is difficult because the owner, Ana, is the only one answering the phone and booking appointments, while working on people. Wait time can vary even if you have appointment.Tip: when you call to set up appointment state who is getting what done.

This was my very first visit and I'm only giving the place 4 stars due to their pricing but I will say their customer service and work is done very well. A appointment is a must otherwise you'll be waiting over a hour to be seen. Due to COVID-19 they require you to scan a QR code which directs you to a consent form. The form is also used as their check in method. If you're not being seen everyone (appointments/walk-ins) waits outside. When you're next they will call you so you're able to wait in your car.Their cleanliness is 5 stars. All employees are wearing a mask and they require all customers to wear a mask in addition to receiving a temperature check and washing their hands upon entry. They also sanitize after each customer. Cash is preferred but rather than swiping your card you can pay using one of their three cash apps they have. I don't remember the third option but I do know they take Venmo or Apple Pay. I got a gel pedicure, manicure using my own nail polish and an eye brow wax and some how paid $82! I was told the gel pedicure was $40 which to me is an outrageous. I don't think I ever paid close to that for a gel on my nails. In my experience, if you're getting a mani/pedi you would have two technicians per customer but also due to Covid they have one person doing both mani/pedi, hence the long wait. So if you want both expect to be in the chair over a hour. For what it's worth I am happy with my nails and my eyebrows considering you don't just let anyone do your eyebrows!

I went yesterday to get my nails filled because my usual nail tech is sick. I went in and barely had to wait and the process of getting my nails done was pretty quick too, and I liked them. However, it's barely been 24 hours and two of my nails are already chipping. Super disappointed.

I am super excited and greatly appreciative for the quality and customer serviced I received yesterday. I come to Reedley and vacation a lot from Los Angeles for family over the last 8 years and every time I come they are super busy, which is a good sign. I never waited and have been to other places around and the quality of service is nice but I am extremely picky and always ended up disappointed. Yesterday I said, im waiting y aver que pasa. I am so happy I waited, this is a wonderful environment, family business, the service was superior, I did not have one compliant or feel disappointment during my time there. I was so happy with my feet and got a full set, WOW!! I have never been so happy.

Not the best nail service, was left in the seat waiting for 20 minutes or so and I was left questioning the person doing my pedicure because there was no prep done to my toes before adding any acrylic, not a care or understanding of cleanliness and I felt like I wasn't properly cared for although the place is nice it's not the cleanest as my friend said there was other peoples skin or nail particles left on the desk they were getting a manicure on. Went in with a mani and pedi booked and left with only a pedi, unsatisfied with them there customer service. Seemed to me like just any old regular salon that would rather take your money and have you out as quickly as possible and not treat you with the care and understanding of proper nail service. The saddest part is getting home and doing more work on your toes after paying more than what was actually given..

Was highly impressed with my hot pink ombré acrylic nails by Kevin. He is very meticulous in his work and it is apparent. All a client needs to do is show him a picture of what they want and he works his magic to create it. I appreciate the fact that he is very gentle as well which makes every visit to the nail shop a pleasant experience. My oldest daughter also had a pedicure as well her hands and feet done. They are fast and do a great job. Prices are reasonable as well. The reason I rated them a 3 is because the chemical smell in the building is overwhelming. No fans or ventilation. I have a terrible headache now. I purposely left the front door open so I wouldn't pass out, but one of the employees quickly closed the door.
