Mystic Body and Soul, Wellness Spa

I woke up this morning with some major lower back pain. My usual place was fully booked for today so I called Mystic Body and Soul. Jackie was able to get me in within a little over an hour. The place is beautiful, very clean and the staff was friendly. I got a full body swedish/deep tissue massage combo and it was incredible! Exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back again!

I am so grateful for the experience I had at this wellness center. I scheduled a 1-hour Swedish massage with Zachary, who is new to this center and completely AMAZING at what he does. I had pain in both of my shoulders, traps and neck and I could literally feel the tension being worked out and released as he performed my massage. The energy was perfect- calm, serene, SO comforting, and exactly what I needed. I felt so at ease, so cared for, and my only regret was not having scheduled a massage longer than 60 minutes. I left with no pain in my troubled areas, and a sense of peace and and tranquility like none other I have experienced at other wellness centers or spas. Zachary was professional, kind, and extremely attentive- asking what I needed and providing all of it and more. He actually listened to the needs I expressed, and the massage I received was truly among the very best I have ever had. Not only will I be recommending this massage therapist to everyone I know who needs real body and mind healing through the touch of massage, but I myself, will continue to visit Mystic Body in Modesto, to see Zachary as often as I can. My massage with Zachary was just last night and afterward I slept so well, dreamed beautiful dreams, and woke up today feeling like an absolutely new woman. I cannot wait for my next appointment at Mystic, and my friends... ask for Zachary. You can thank me later. ;)

The absolute SWEETEST ladies. Brought my mom here for her birthday and not only did they treat her like royalty but they gave her tips for at home relaxation. I really appreciate how much love and care they put into her services. I would 1000% recommend this spa to loved ones. Thank you all again for making her day so special.

You would never guess this building had a gem locked inside! The ambiance is so peaceful, I instantly felt relaxed. My therapist Tamera was friendly & welcoming. Her room was clean & relaxing. I was given a few moments alone to undress to my comfort & slipped into a warmed massage table. Tamera asked me about any areas I'd like or not liked worked on & began her magic. My mind begin to zone out & I felt so light. I have NEVER fallen asleep during a massage but I did with Tamera & I'm so glad I was able to feel completely safe enough to release myself. She is an amazing therapist & I definitely will be returning to this peaceful & beautiful spa.

Couples massage! Highly recommend it! We went on a Saturday and had a perfect experience. The spa is decorated beautifully and it was such a great massage. We both enjoyed our massages so much. We will absolutely be back soon.

Karrissa is amazing and i'm very grateful I found her, not only has my loose skin been tighting up she is such a great person and she does an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and not ashamed about my body!!! highly recommend

The place is such a hidden gym. Ive probably had about 6 to 8 massages there over the years and I only got one I wouldn't recommend again, but I dont think she works there any more and she had great conversation skills.But first and foremost, there isnt a place comparable in Modesto as far as venue is concerned. Its beautiful back there and the only place I can think of that compares in like a sure thing for a massage is Renees day spa. The massages are consistent, the place is beautiful once you get inside and it just conveys essential oil comfort. Also its not overwhelming if youre scent sensitive. I opted for the therapeutic massage rather than swedish and I was not disappointed. Ask for Tate, she is awesome.

All of the therapists have been amazing. They are very professional and really make you feel comfortable. They are both masters at their techniques and I will be returning.
