I really love this pharmacy. In the past, I have used chain drugstore pharmacies. I understand that customer service is not their focus. I have actually compared it to going to the DMV.MyMed pharmacy is a real customer service oriented business. The staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacist, seeing that her pharmacy tech was on the phone, came up to the counter to help me. They even offer home delivery.It is easy to have your prescriptions transferred from another pharmacy.Thank you MyMed pharmacy.

I love the staff and the convenience of their location. At first, I was having anxiety organizing my daily dosage of anxiety meds, but they went out of their way to serve me and provide ways to take my prescriptions in a non-anxious way... bubble-packs. The pharmacists are professional, yet approachable. I highly recommend MyMed Pharmacy.

Great Professional Customer Service! I left CVS to come here initially bc they have my medications & are close to my MD's office. I stayed bc they provide you your medication in a non-judgmental, professional & friendly environment. It's an Old School type of Pharmacy that is small & makes you feel welcomed. The delivery service is a great perk but with or without delivery, I will take MyMed Pharmacy over a CVS every single time!Try them...they won't disappoint

They DO NOT give you any literature about your medication!!!! WHY????? There shelf's are always empty causing you to make another stop at a drug store. So I'm changing pharmacies--Take down your Grand Opening Sign it's been way over a year!!!! Only good thing about this place is the girls at the register are very nice.

I've been a customer of a big box pharmacy for years and have gotten used to being treated like cattle. Meds on backorder so Dr. sent me to MyMed Pharmacy... what a difference! The pharmacist actually looks up from the computer and greets you when you walk in! These ladies took care of me; even though they didn't take my insurance, I chose to pay cash because I was so impressed with the service! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I'd recommend to anyone looking for a non-chain pharmacy that treats you like a human!!

Literally filled only HALF my prescription, after I got a phone call saying it was already fully filled?--Be careful about this place! I bet they are so cheap they open your prescription if you don't pick it up in time and give it to someone else even if you had it ordered first. They also won't help you get a different form of the medication you need, or offer to call their other pharmacy. While I was there I heard a woman complaining about psychosis side effects and the Female pharmacist that was assessing her just said "BUMMER". Not a good place to get your medication-- DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR GAS AND CO-PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!! (if u have co-pay, if not, just don't go!!!!!)Being a nice register person does do me well if you can't give me my prescription!

Very pleased with this pharmacy. Pleasant staff that has always been very helpful and efficient. Many things in supply that other pharmacies may not always have available. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is top-notch! The cream of the crop need I say more?If they don't have your medication, they will get it! If your doctor's office needs to be involved these ladies are on it without you ever lifting a finger.They actually care about their patients. Absolutely Exceptional!

I used this pharmacy for about a year (2017-2018). I liked that they delivered. The staff was nice, and, initially, very professional. As time went on, the pharmacy got sloppy. Medications weren't delivered when promised, or medications were delivered when I didn't need or ask for them! Mistakes were made regarding the medication I ordered, or someone would forget to follow through on the order. So, I stopped using them.I decided to use them again recently to acquire a medication that another pharmacy never had in stock. My doctor had changed the dosage. For that reason, my insurance had to approve it. I was told by My Med that they would call my doctor for a prior authorization, and the representative told me to call the office too.I waited patiently for over a week (I haven't had the med for about two weeks). Nothing. So I called to check on the status and was told they couldn't fill it because they had a limited supply. I waited for an entire week, thinking they were waiting to get approval from my insurance, but they had dismissed the order and never bothered to tell me. I was given conflicting information about what happened.My experience with My Med has been awful. As I said, they are nice, but they are not consistently professional, which is a terrible thing when it comes to medication. I'm sorry I ever used them.
