Mobile Fiberglass

Very reasonable price to fix some gel coating on my 2022 Ranger. Super easy to work with. Made a quote, did what he said he'd do and on time. What more can you ask?

To those living in the Fresno area, DO NOT use Mobile Fiberglass for any needed repairs. Recently, my mother used this company to repair a leak that had developed in one of our fiberglass pool steps. Because the original builder used sand to back fill the steps, the water from the leak washed out the sand support and caused a crack to develop. In order to keep this from happening again, Mr. Luis Chaires (business owner) was specifically asked to back fill the step using concrete before repairing and sealing the crack. After multiple no shows, where an appointment was made and Mr. Chaires failed to show without so much as a courtesy phone call, he finally arrived during the first week of July. He was once again informed that concrete needed to be used as a back fill before he was left alone to complete the repair. When my mom returned, Mr. Chaires informed her that the repair was made using sand despite the specific instructions that were given to him. He claimed that there is no difference between using sand and concrete (which is completely false) and refused to provide a refund when confronted about the decision he carelessly made on his own. Even now, barely a month after the repair, the step is audibly cracking when weight is applied to it, showing that the sand was not even back filled correctly.But the best part came when I personally called him to demand a refund. Once I presented him with the facts and recommendations from other pool and fiberglass professionals, he still refused to offer compensation for the shoddy repair. At one point, he even stated "this is why I don't like doing business with you people". You can imagine how the conversation developed after that racist comment.Please pass this along so that other families in the area are not victimized by the business practices of this company.

Earlier this year, a large tree fell on my horse trailer. Extensive damage was done to the fiberglass roof. Luis and his crew were able to beautifully restore the trailers functionality and aesthetics. The damage that was done to the fiberglass is no longer detectable. They were also kind enough to replace a light fixture and jack that had been destroyed; obviously, not related to fiberglass work. All this was accomplished within the time frame suggested by Luis at the time of the estimate. I highly recommend this shop. The repairs were terrific and affordable.
