The receptionist at this establishment is rude. I called for a nail appointment and she gave me "Karen-tude" saying the nail girl is only available 2 days a week...like I knew I don't live in town I don't know Gustine like that I only go there to visit my parents .... and 2 DAYS A WEEK but your salon says FULL SERVICE I thought full service meant all the time. Then she said she'll pass my info to the nail girl and I said OK...she hangs up NO writing down info or explaining that she has my info....so I get a call back from the nail girl and she said a different business name.....This place needs to hire a receptionist with class and NOT A KAREN.....and again A FULL SERVICE SALON WITH A TWICE A WEEK NAIL PERSON......Sounds like this place doesn't want to make money....maybe hire a new nail girl FULL TIME so you're not lying about the FULL SERVICE

Went back to dark & got a deep conditioning treatment recently here and had a great experience, Hannah did an amazing job & brought my hair completely back to life! I'll definitely be back soon, everyone at this salon is so warm and welcoming! I highly recommend coming here for any hair or nail service, you can't go wrong

I've had wonderful experiences here. Customer service is to be appreciated. Given no one and/or business is perfect, 98% satisfied.
