Minnewawa Apartments

I've been living here for 2 years. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance men keep it clean. Within these 2 years we have had back to school events, painting of apartments, new sign, and much more. I enjoy my stay and recommend to all friends and family. Also being walking distance to stores and old town is a huuuge plus.

Great apartment! Just moved in and i am loving my new home! So happy to be here and just a great area all around!

Terrible customer service by leasing agent Marina. She's unprofessional, catty, and doesn't follow through on work orders.Every interaction with her was ridiculous.I went 4 months without heat because she never submitted the work order.Yet I kept getting notifications on my door that the Ac/heating workers would be working on units in our bldg.She still didn't include mine to the list!When I called the office she started screaming into the phone and getting defensive.It was absurd. Since I'm the one who had no heat all winter.She continued to not process several other work orders during the 2 yrs I lived there.I finally decided to move. I left my apt immaculate and Marina had a blast deducting things from my deposit that are illegal and exaggerated.Out of my $1000. Dep I only received 110.Back.I have obtained legal counsel for this and many other things I was put through.Don't move here its a joke and unprofessional.They will steal your deposits.P.S.S. Apparently she didn't read her guide book on renters rights either! Lol

Minnewawa apartments have been by far the best apartments I have lived in. Not only are the units spacious, but the management is amazing. Torsten made my boyfriend and I welcome and comfortable to work with him. Not only does he make you feel like you are already a close friend, but he also understood our situation as first time renters as well as full time students. I have never had any problems come up during our stay here. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to any and all to consider living at Minnewawa apartments. Sadly, we had to move out due to transferring to a school in SoCal but if it wasn't for that, we would still be living here. Torsten is so understanding, friendly, and approachable I honestly can't say enough good things about these apartments. Also, moving out was a breeze and we were surprise to get a majority of our deposit back! 10/10 would recommend!!

Minnewawa is such a great place to live! A quiet community in Clovis. Management here is very attentive and friendly. Thank you.

I been here five years. For the pass Months is Ben challenging. Heather been very help and understanding. She's awesome On her announcements. Because recently I got my carpet wash for free that I saved a lot of money I didn't even know it was a thing. My daughter said the cone of ice is her favorite. Free freebies. It's a great place to live. She always in her office Assisting to her residence. We give her 10/10.

They kept the entire security deposit for an apartment left in immaculate condition. Very disappointing.
