I'll start out by saying I was not an easy customer to work with. Over the last 10 years I've moved 8 times to 3 different states from the east coast to the west coast. I've worked with a lot of movers who were unsatisfactory & I'm jaded. Suffice it to say I was pretty defensive with John & was nitpicking with contract details. He was patient with me & still kept me as a customer; I would have probably let me go though. He did his best to reassure me that everything would go as planned. Even going so far as to coming out to my house to sign the contract. The day of the move wasn't perfect, but no move is. He is exceptional at communicating. I never felt worried he bailed on me--I've had movers stand me up before the day of the move. There were a few hiccups but John compensated me financially & offered to take additional items to my storage unit for no extra charge (I was downsizing from a 3 bedroom townhome with garage to a 2 bedroom apartment). What I enjoyed the most about John was his attention to details & honesty. He provided a ton of input on how to arrange my furniture as I struggled to vision how it would all fit. He & his team were careful with moving my things, and he was completely honest about anything that may have gotten scratched, damaged etc., (there weren't many). In the past I found out there were damages too late & I knew the movers saw them but never said anything to me during the move; John didn't do this. I move constantly for work & I'm a little bummed he isn't based in the Sacramento area. I highly recommend him & his team. If he did long distance moves I'd pay extra to have him move me in the future. He will not disappoint.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Beware of this company, they are unreliable and unprofessional.My husband contacted John on April 25 to schedule a move for June 5 at 9am. We reserved via text message and John confirmed the meet time at 7:30am on June 5. All communication was done through text where we received the quote for two hours. We thought we were all set. On June 4, my husband received a call that the movers were at our apartment. We told John that it was not the correct day, however he tried to say we were wrong. We sent a screenshot of the previous messages and he confirmed that was his mistake. At that time we again confirmed that he in fact would have his team meet us the following day, the date we have scheduled a month prior. He requested if we could move earlier, at 7:30am and we agreed. In addition, we confirmed the price. John claimed that he had quoted us a minimum of 3 hour charge, but again that was not true. We sent him the screen shot where he quoted us 2 hour minimum of service, so he once again had to accept his own terms. The night of June 4, almost at 11pm we received a call from John that he was short a worker and was requesting if we could meet at 8:30-9am instead. Again, my husband and I agreed. On June 5, we waited a bit after 9am and began calling John and texting. We did not hear anything at ALL!! I tried calling from my fathers cell and all I got was a text message saying he would "call us back". After I replied letting him know of the situation, again RADIO SILENCE. We did not get any sort of call/text/communication from John letting us know that either the movers would be late or not be able to make it. That is extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, and just plain rude. We had been very understanding and accommodating to work with John but he did not even have the decency to call us and communicate regarding the situation. John at first seems very friendly and responsive, but in actuality his is incompetent of running the business successfully. The least we would have appreciated was communication.

We were very happy with John and his crew. They arrived early and carefully packed and unpacked our things. I was especially grateful that John, (the owner), was flexible with our schedule. We had to make 2 changes at the last minute and John cheerfully shifted our move date.

I called this company on a Thursday to get a quote for a move on a Saturday 9 days out. I spoke to the owner who said he would email me a form to complete. I completed the form, text confirmed he received it and also sent him a sheet showing everything I needed moved. Which was produced by our last moving company. Our stuff is packaged and ready to go as it is in storage. Sadly, I never heard back from the company. No email or response to several texts. I would never trust a company to show up if they can't even return inquiries.

Loved how on time they were and extremely careful with sensitive fragile items. They made sure things were secure, stable and safe from any damages..they truly care about their customers..they worked extremely well and even in the high heat they made sure things were packed and facilitated my moving. Moving is a very stressful and busy time and these guys made life easier. I am thankful. Definitely recommend them..we plan to use them.again when my sibling moves out next.

If we could give ZERO stars we absolutely would. We found this company on google. Scheduled the move for a specific date at 9am. The DAY of our move we were told that they had another job up in shaver and were running late so now we would have to wait until 1-2 pm ... once 1-2 pm came close we got another text saying he tried to call us several times, yet we had not ONE missed call. He then told us that he was involved in a collision coming down from shaver and one of his men had to go to the hospital. At this point we were very frustrated and felt like we had been scammed since we already paid a deposit via cash app. We decided to get our own UHAUL truck because we had stuff that needed to be moved that day. We got another call from one of his buddy's I suppose who came in a pick up truck with another guy and helped us load the u haul and unload it. These two guys were not associated with mindful movers but helped us tremendously. We were then notified that mindful movers lied about the collision because the first job paid more so they needed an excuse to get out of our move. I will never recommend this awful company to anybody. As you know, moving takes alot of scheduling and they destroyed our entire day. Pay the few extra dollars for high end reliable movers.

Horrible experience, for what it was. Not sure who they are mindful of, but not their customers! They told us they would move us on Friday and that they would confirm via email. They never sent an email, and simply ghosted me, not responding to calls, texts, or emails. Use them at your own risk, especially if you enjoy scrambling at the last minute for a mover who will actually show up....

If you want to be stood up on your moving date in 100 degree weather, an empty U-Haul, and a stack of boxes...look no further than mindful movers, they will royally screw your moving day.They won't show up and they won't return your calls/text.AVOID this unprofessional company at all costs.

I needed help unloading and placing two trucks loads if heavy stuff and they scheduled me the very next morning. Both John and Larry were helpful, careful and strong! They were fast too! Great service for sure
