Mimosas cafe

My husband and I tried out this new spot, located where agaves was originally at. The place is small but very welcoming. The staff were very nice and attentive from the moment we walked in. Our server was very helpful. We started off with an Americano and a caramel latte. Wish they had more flavor options for their coffees but they just opened. Our server brought us homemade sopa de fideo and bread as we waited for our food. The sopa de fideo was definitely homemade, loved that idea. We ordered the chilaquiles and chorizo breakfast skillet. Both plates were very delicious and big sized portions. We also got a side of the crème brûlée cheesecake and brownie for dessert, both very good. We took boxes to go because of the big portions. Overall great restaurant, hope they gain more traction. Great experience and will be coming back again!

I wanted to be one of the first to try out Mimosas Cafe and let me tell you, it did not miss. This place used to be Agaves, but since they moved across the street, this new place took over.I chose to sit outside since it was a nice day, and I really enjoyed it. I took a peak inside as well, and it still had that great feel that Agaves did. Small but nice. My waitress was very sweet and always checking on my guest and I to make sure we were good.Now, moving into the menu, they had a diverse selection of choices and it being a Mexican brunch spot, they had one of my all time favorite dishes, the chilaquiles. Some like to joke and call it breakfast nachos. Jokes aside, this dish packed a punch full of flavor. With green salsa, cheese, and an egg on top, this dish will surely satisfy your hunger. However, if that doesn't satisfy you enough, it also comes with a side. I opted for the potatoes which were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. To go with my meal, I ordered a regular Mimosa, which was very bubbly. I was definitely feeling good after finishing off my drink. They serve a pitcher of water to go along with your meal, and let me tell you, I definitely needed it.My only drawback is the prices. It's not extremely pricey but you will be paying more than you'd expect. For my entree, and drink was about $27. Some could argue it's a good deal, some may not. You can decide. This place is located right inside the promenade which has very dense parking. So keep that in mind when you go during peak hours. Highly recommend.

Excellent and attentive service. I ordered the breakfast skillet which was generously portioned but so delicious that I ate every last bite! Also had a very good macchiato. Love the heated patio. Will definitely be back!

OMG! The chicken and waffles were spectacular! The waffle was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with some amazing creamy luscious filling in between the waffles, with chicken cooked to perfection and still juicy in the middle.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, don't forget your mimosa!

We showed up after a busy night shift at the hospital. We were sat immediately, the server was very friendly! We had our food and drinks immediately! The food was tasty and so were the mimosas ! The place was quant and cute !

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but they forgot to put potatoes in my skillet the first time. They fixed it really quick though and it was delicious. The service was great so I will be going back. The food was a 4.5/5 for me.

So delicious! I ordered the chilaquiles with chips but they can also make them with chicharrones. We got the mimosa flight, a nice way to sample a few. The service was great. All the ladies are lovely and attentive. Will def be back. The little soup was delicious too!

10/10 recommended, food is phenomenal and so is the service! I came with my significant other and so far we've each had 3 mimosas and the bowl is still full! Wish us luck! But come for brunch and enjoy the sun outside! Also bathroom is clean

Service was good was seated right away. Food didn't take that long to get after we placed our order. Food was good . I got the omelette with potatoes. Peach mimosa was good as well. Cute little place to go have brunch with your girls .

I went in with great expectations but was left with very dissatisfied taste in my mouth my waitress was a wonderful lady may she live a long healthy life, and her crops always be ripe and plentiful but the food it all tasted microwaved for a fact I know the waffle was microwaved cus ive microwaved the same waffle, and idk how u mess up eggs but they did
