Mimi exceeded my expectations. I came in for a fill on my acrylics. Mimi went out of her way to accept me as I was a walk-in. Thank you for doing a great job Mimi, even when I had a critique at the end she did not make me feel like a burden and took care of it right away. Definitely would recommend to everyone!Charged: $55

Again I decided to go to this place because it was a last minute decision. I knew I didn't care for this place from before but I thought it's only a pedicure and I had a event that night. I was going to wear boots but I changed my mind last minute and wore open toes. So I called and they got me in as soon as I was to show up. Within one week one of my toe nail polish completely fell off (gel) I thought that was odd since gel isn't supposed to fall off like this. This is why it's more expensive. Then 3 days after this two more fell off. I found the piece's in my bed. This isn't supposed to happen. I paid $55 for gel and I should have just gotten regular nail polish. What a huge rip off. Never ever again

I like this nail shop. It's close to my house and everyone is so nice. They do good work and will continue to come here.

Mimi always goes above and beyond. Her work is beautiful. Mimi and everyone in the shop is so nice and professional. I will never go to another salon! Always happy when I leave Mimi's shop.

Their service is pretty quick if you want something simple. If you want designs and fancy stuff of course it takes time. Majority of the time if you call the same day you will be able to get that day.

So I have had a bad experience here before but decided I would give them another try. I called and was asked to be there at 1:45 then I get a txt saying 1:30 appointment cancelled to show up earlier so I did. I sat down chose a color and waited for Mimi to be done with her client, she finishes already 15 minutes into my appointment and I thought I was next, nope there was another girl sitting waiting for her nails to be finished so she sits at Mimi's desk, mind u we are now about 30 minutes into my appointment, I see she's doing all kinds of designs in every nail. I got up and left, I said Mimi I'm leaving and all she said is are you sure? Yes I'm sure. WTH they don't care about their clients. This is the same issue I had years ago and that's why I didn't return. The wait for an "appointment" is horrible and then she adds things to your nails with out asking and charges you for it. She does a good job but the place is dirty and they need to better manage their time. Don't ask me to be there early when you are already behind.

I hadn't gotten my nails done in years. They took me in same day and gave me nails that looked EXACTLY like the picture I provided. Consider me a new regular. Thank you. One is the example pic and the other what I got.

Truly is a hidden gem. Mimi's work went above my expectations and I was very content with my set of nails. She can do all the trending designs which most of the other nail salons cannot.

I had been coming here every two weeks for new sets the last three months. This last time I came I got simple and short acrylics. I was made fun of by the nail tech Lyly and was told "next time I see you come in I know not to help you, cause I won't make no money off you," because I didn't want to have any extra things done. The work I got was not what I wanted and I was made uncomfortable after the continuous pushing for me to get longer nails with more things added the whole time I there. The previous set I got was longer with designs was cheaper compared to the short set with no design. Felt up charged for the service and embarrassed from the comments made towards me.
