Mid Valley Air

Spring of 2023 we were finally able to get AC installed in our home after 10 years of only an evap cooler. MidValley was awesome from the time we got our estimate (significantly below the first estimate we got!) to installation to post-installation check-ups and work. Throughout the summer the unit worked beautifully but began encountering issues as Fall arrived. Tony's team worked with us diligently to figure out the issues, was always on top of it, and never made us feel like we were forgotten. Once the issue was found and remedied they did several more follow-ups to make sure the issue had been addressed and our unit has worked beautifully since.Another incredibly thoughtful thing Tony and his Team did for us is create this really amazing unit cover (once I clean up my backyard after the Winter passes I will post a photo). They carved out a cherry blossom branch with songbirds that covers all the ducting and protects it from our doggo. They had let us know they were going to build out a cover for the unit but what we got was above and beyond what we expected and it is beautiful. Great, friendly, quality work at a super reasonable price. We will be sticking with MidValley for all our household AC/Heater needs. We highly recommend!

Had my air conditioning serviced to prepare for summer the owner was the one that came out and worked on my system. He checked everything answered all my questions and gave me great tips on how to keep my air conditioning running smoothly.

An update from my review last winter. This company claimed I had collapsed duct work. Wrong. A technician from another company said that my unit was left in such poor shape after their visit, that a key part was left leaning against the metal housing of the main unit which was an electrical hazard, and would cause my heat to go in emergency shut off mode. Obviously this was done by the company so my system would continue to fail and I would have to empty my wallet to pay for something which wasn't even the cause. I'm calling the BBB, stay away, they'll endanger your system and home to get cash.

I'm very happy with the service. I changed over my accounts to this company. I even changed out 2 units. It went smooth, no hiccups.

Great work & great people responded within the hour which was nice. I really liked their work & appreciated their honesty/detailed answers when I had many questions. Definitely recommending these guys to some friends :) thanks again guys!

Scheduled an appointment for a date and time to have my AC unit looked at. They were a no-show and never called back to apologize or reschedule. I waited 4 hours for a tech who never showed up or gave me a courtesy call to say he wasn't coming over. I reached out to them, but by the time they called me back I had already reached out to another company for service. The lady I spoke to did offer an apology and a discount, but you only get one chance to make a good first impression and they blew it. I chose to decline rescheduling and the offered discount having lost trust in this company.

Great company, gives estimated time frame of arrival and shows up within that period. Emilio did a fantastic job finding out why our AC unit kept tripping the AC breaker. The dreaded fan motor needed to be replaced. He ordered the part, came back next day to replace and has been working great since. They will be our go to company for biannual AC maintenance going forward.

Our air conditioner stopped working on Friday before the long 4th of July weekend, which was also the first summer weekend of over 105F temperatures. I called Mid Valley Air at 8:00 and they scheduled the repair work for later that morning. Emilio arrived when scheduled and did the repair and service in about an hour. He was very professional and explained the work he was doing and what needed to be done. The bill for the work was fair and reasonable. The air conditioner is working great and he did not sell us anything that was not needed. I will definitely call Mid Valley Air for HVAC work in the future.

Glad I went with Mid Valley for an annual inspection of my A/C unit. The owner was responsive in emails and made many accommodations to my schedule. Emilio arrived and did a very comprehensive evaluation. He was super pleasant and explained each step throughout the evaluation. I see why they have 5 star evaluations and am glad to provide them an additional one as the overall process was phenomenal.
