Michael's Custom Jewelry

While customer service was good, the engraving work I had them do was sub par at best. I really couldn't believe that they thought this was an acceptable product to turn over to a customer. The price I paid was fairly high as well. Very disappointing for such an established business.

Took my U.S. Army Military Ring to this place and was greeted by Jennifer the second I walked in. Jennifer was courteous, friendly, and very professional as she processed and sent out my ring to the ring manufacturer to replace the stone. Only took a few short weeks for Jennifer to tell me there was no charge on the ring since it was still under warranty (which I had no idea it was still under warranty). My ring came out beautiful!!!! Just as beautiful as the day I bought it over 15 years ago!!!Even though I didn't purchase anything at Michael's, their service alone was 5 stars!!! Excellent!!!I can see that this business is very honest and they know what they're doing, you can't go wrong at Michael's Jewelers! I highly recommend this business to everyone! You've made this Veteran feel at home...thank you kindly Jennifer, and God bless.

I called to inquire about a ring appraisal and was told it would be $50 with the Costco appraisal. When my wife took it in, Michael ended up charging her $125 and telling her the appraisal was like his body shape "wide at the bottom and narrow at the top." He proceeded to tell her the value was greatly overstated and such. We understood that the appraisal from 2005 wouldn't be accurate but no reason to rub it in to my wife. It is her wedding ring and she felt belittled. After paying $125, she was told the appraisal would be mailed to her with no time frame. Apparently, the Costco appraisal was so bad he needed to go back and do extra work when I was told over the phone we would have the appraisal the same day.

Michael is awesome. He is extremely talented, patient, accommodating. The girls in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable as well. We had to get our money back for my engagement ring at a different store. We decided to give Michael's a try, and the ring he designed is a million times better than the other store. We have zero complaints!

I wanted to thank Jenny for welcoming my husband & I, when he purchased a wedding ring for me. She (& the rest of the staff) were very welcoming; real; sincere & helpful (without putting pressure). Jenny led me to the 'perfect' ring which lined up with my engagement ring beautifully. She made our experience a joyful one & we look forward to doing future business at Michael's. Michael is a very skillful & talented jeweler. Thank You All

the people at michaels were very helpful and helped me create the necklace i had in mind for my girlfriend.. they used the gems i had and created exactly what i wanted.. when i decide to make another piece of jewelery they will be the ones to do it
