Worst mail salon I've ever had the place was covered in nail dust she wasn't friendly or prepared equipment that she used was not new or clean

First 2 pics recent nails . Last 2 pics a new full set I got TODAY. My favorite by far. Very durable nails they last me weeks. And they don't break or hurt . Love Mai's Nails

If I could give this 0 star I would. The service is horrible! The guy didn't ask me how long or short I want my nails cut. He just cut them. When he put the acrylic powder on he over put them. They were all over my fingers. The shape was not accurate. Told him to fix it three times and now my nails are short asfff god! What a waste of money. Only reason I went there was because it was next to the oil change place smh! Look at all these bubbles

Walking to the place been there several times now with his climate that's going on I don't think a person has a room enough to act a certain way I've always shown respect to her father and her mother why did he sit me down her father start the water to Cole not warm enough A woman of another race walked in he began to put on his gloves and sit in front of her to do her pedicure instead of me I nearly walked out I refuse to be disrespected and still pay my money it's not like oh if you wait and get treated the certain way I'll give you a discount or maybe free are you in the end I doubt if I would've stayed I'm getting tired of us getting treated like this when we are one of the number one contribute to Asian businesses it stops now for me I don't know the rest of you guys

This place is horrible. Their customer service skills are so poor. Went there because my usual place was too full. Just got a fill and a gel pedicure. The fill job was ugly, there was residue all over my cuticle. They used the same tools for my toes as they do for everyone else. The lady didn't even bother to clean them after using them on the person before me. It was too late by the time I noticed this. Please be aware of this, I'm glad I didn't catch an infection or fungus!!!

I went in after i read the reviews hoping it would be a good experience but boy was i wrong. It took 1 1/2 hours to do my nails and it looks like crap. She got the acrylics stuck all over my fingers and hand. Both my hands were sticky and full of crap. I was my hands again before i left but it still feels gross.

Mia is awesome! She has been In the business for over 10 years finally opened her own shop a little over a year ago. I've been coming to her the whole time she's great all of my nails are always even, and not bulky like other salons around Fresno. I also get my eyelash extensions from her and waxing and every time is perfect. the only thing is that because she's so good she's busy quite often so if you come in and they're busy it might take a little while you might have a wait. but I do have to say the wait is worth it!

Disrespectful. Just to hang up on my face lLol to many bad reviews anyways wouldn't waste your time if I was you

I got a pedicure about 3 years ago after 3-4 days my nails started to grow in a weird way. Now my two big toes have ingrown toenails on each sides of the toes my toes one especially is very puffed up and purple. My toe bleeds through my sock and hurts. I am now used to the pain I had every time I took a step. I went to the doctors about 3 times but I haven't seen any improvement.

The guy who did it messed up big time ... they all came out different length and shape , .. I haven't had them for a week and 2 nails broke in half .. and of course I went back and got my 2 nails redone , & honestly I'm not even satisfied.. only thing I liked was the mood polish
