This family owned and operated taco truck that has a sit down restaurant in Sanger made the night that much more memorable. The service was great with recommendations and the horchata was amazing. By way of this taco truck, I'll be heading to the main spot for sure. Same family that's hustling at the truck, stays busy at the restaurant. The Barbacoa was delicious. Good food and good people.... It's worth trying!

Food and service was great!!! Only issue is that they use plastic utensils making it a bit difficult to eat the food.

We came from two hours away, out of town, and chose this place because of the reviews and ratings. Customer service: the girl who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. She took the time to explain everything on the menu as well as showing us the more detailed menu to give us a deeper understanding. We cant say much about the other girls in the back that were on their phones though. Cleanliness: the whole place was very clean. The only thing we would suggest is, if the floors are freshly mopped, a wet floor sign should be on the floor to warn anyone just in case. Food: We ordered an all meat burrito with asada and pastor, with onions and cilantro. As well as three tacos. The burrito did not have the onions and cilantro like we ordered and the pastor was not good. The tacos could have been good but there was a hair in one of the tacos. We would give a one star, but we appreciate the cleanliness and the one girls friendliness and great customer service.

Visited Sanger today and popped into this local joint downtown. I had a feeling it was going to be a hit when I walked in and the place was packed with dine ins and people were coming in and out picking up to go orders. The location is on the smaller side, but I would keep your eye on this one! Have a feeling they will be expanding their brick and mortar before you know it. First off, the service was great despite being as busy as it was. That's the true test of service y'all because when food is flying out the window on orders it is busy! Everyone I interacted with was very kind, and they checked in regularly. To start off while I was waiting for my food I got some freshly fried chips and pico. Might not seem like a lot, but you can tell a lot from chips made this way! Chips seems made from fresh corn tortillas. Pico made from scratch for sure, tasty, and whomever is chopping those veggies put my knife skills to shame. Flavor was good, but I would like to come back when tomatoes are in season to see the real brilliance.Ordered the chili verde three taco combo. Now this plate really shined. I always gotta start with the meat. What can I say I'm a carnivore. Chef definitely gave the pork shoulder attention. I'm guessing dry seasoning with toasted cumin and oregano? Delish! Love when that extra spice comes out in a subtle way. The verde was perfect acid. Also they didn't skimp on the tacos y'all, check out this picture I came with an appetite and finished, but only because it tasted so good. For the other part of the combo the rice was done well, they let the onion really fuse with the oil before making the Spanish rice, leaving a flavorful bite. The beans were the perfect consistency of soupy beans, meaty flavor, and salted to perfection. Spoil yourself and try a bite of beans and rice for the perfect balance. Needless to say this is making my list of reasons to stroll through Sanger. Can't wait to explore their breakfast burritos, which I was too late for today but looked astonishing!

Super quaint restaurant right on 7th. Seating inside and outside and meant for smaller parties, but they can accommodate if you're their early or during downtime. If you check-in on Yelp you get $1 off a hot meal. We had the Combo #1 with barbacoa and added on an asada taco because I like to try asada at new places. The asada was not my favorite. It was a little chewy and lime-y for me but the barbacoa.... YES! The barbacoa was juicy and finely shredded. The flavors were fantastic and not overwhelming. We opted for the flour tortillas. I read a highlight that they had homemade tortillas but apparently that was 6 years ago LOL. So just as a side note, they have no homemade tortillas. The chips and salsa are complementary for dine-in. I'm not sure about to-go but the pico de gallo was really fresh and refreshing!Definitely try the barbacoa if you're in the area. The combos are reasonably priced and ours was $11.99. Enough for us to to share a light lunch. The lady working was really nice. She was constantly cleaning tables and the restaurant over all is very clean.

Service was less than customary compared to other small restaurants. Food portions are small and the Mexican rice was really bad. I would not recommend unfortunately.

Are you kidding me? 25 minutes and I'm STILL waiting for my order! I'm at a wrestling tournament at the Selland Arena where not too many people waiting but all awaiting for at least 30 minutes. Bring more people to help cook at events like this or stay home! Also, that little bit of salsa you dole out for your dry burrito and tacos...seriously?? Come on! Mexican food is not that hard but you missed the point! Never again!
