Awesome party restaurant with micheladas and mariscos! These micheladas are OUT of this world!Came on a random weekday afternoon with my uncle because we were craving a michelada and a friend recommended this place. Hidden in a pocket in Livingston, this little restaurant is an awesome find with plenty of seating and TVs visible from every corner of the restaurant. The server who helped us was also super nice!I ordered the Boom Miche and my uncle ordered the Caguama Chelada. Both were bomb! They clearly know what they're doing when it comes to their miche's and the michelada mix. The fried shrimp on top too is phenomenal! We also ordered 6 ostiones preparados and they were delicious! I really like mine with a squeeze of lime and some of the Mexico Lindo Habanera Verde sauce on the table. Would highly recommend! We also ordered the 7 Mares (7 seas) soup, which came with potatoes, carrots, mussels, fish, crabs, scallops, and shrimp. I LOVED the taste of it and could stop smackin'. It comes with some tortillas too. My only complaint is that the shrimp in the soup didn't get de-veined prior so I had to peel and clean my shrimp myself. Heads up. But the soup flavor itself was *chef's kiss*If you want some water, make sure to ask for some. You may have to purchase a water bottle (idk, I ended up just drinking my miche). Prices are fair for the quality and portions we got. There are happy hour specials on Wednesdays - Fridays. Would def come back for a miche and some mariscos!

This review is solely based on the food. The Molcajete was loaded with chicken, asada, chorizo, cheese, and shrimp. The salsa it came with was piping hot and not too spicy. This was a 8.5/10. The service was so bad though so idk if I would go back. It took almost an hour to get the food and the check never came. We had to go up front to pay.

I came in a group of about 20 people and the staff were pretty accommodating for that, but nothing would make up for the blaring music and having to wait an hour for our food to come. They brought the food in batches and the first batch was 45min after we ordered and the last batch was over an hour after we ordered. I understand it was a lot of people but waiting over an hour for a meal is unacceptable, especially considering the mediocre quality. During the wait we couldn't even talk because the music was so loud and multiple people had to step out because the couldn't take it. The staff was kind and gave us 2 rounds of chips and salsa which kept me open minded, but overall the experience was just horrible, so much so that I will never come back again. The food was okay but you could get this anywhere else without the horrible atmosphere and wait time. It was also pretty expensive which made it all worse. Waste of money and time! Shrimp Tostada $8.99 3/5Horchata (Large) $5.99 4.5/5Enchilada Verde $16.99 3.5/5

The large tray of ceviches is mostly fruit, with a crazy thick layer of cucumber at the bottom. the ceviche is super dry. When I mentioned it to them, they stood by it; refusing to add more aguachile sauce. The tray use to have a lot more ceviche and was not dry at all. They also didn't have my order ready for the scheduled pick up. They had me wait as they began making my order, delaying the food for my event. They took their time and still managed to mess up my order. The restaurant itself is very humid and dark. Don't recommend eating on site, however, their food is flavorful and worth a try.Its unfortunate that they changed their ceviche tray, it's been my go to spot for years.

Service was awful for us and all around us. First we got our drinks and there was cilantro all over the cup of agua Fresca. Tables around us were waiting and looking around to pay their tabs. The security guard was drinking beers and going up to tables. Our waitress was rude when we asked about when our food would come out. We sat down at 3:25 and left at 4:37 because we still had not gotten our food. We ran out of chips and we had to flag down a random worker for a refill because she never came to check on us. The music they had playing was way too loud and when the live music started it was even louder. Horrible experience, horrible staff. Even to pay they were all turned around and confused. Save yourself the money. Do not come here. Edit: forgot to mention when we asked after an hour of wait how long more, a random worker who we flagged down said it was gunna be another 20 minutes.

Parking was a bit tight, unless they have more parking behind the building. They had a live band when we went, but I didn't ask whether someone privately arranged it or the restaurant hosted it. They have complimentary chips and salsa and we ordered their regular micheladas. They were just okay, I'm not sure if they forgot to add ice or if they just don't add any. My boyfriend and I shared the he molcajete and it was plenty for us. The food was good and the server was friendly.

Friends and I did an impulse stop here strictly for drinks. Basically, it's street parking here and the place seemed popular with the locals. They brought us menus. Even though we weren't going to eat, we looked over the menu...the prices looked reasonable or maybe a little high. They also brought us some chips & salsa...which were really good! The table next to us ordered some micheladas...that were insane and one had three bottles of beer inverted into their glass. Our drinks were fine. They had live music going (en español). We all said we'd like to come back and and try the food....maybe soon. If you're driving on Hwy 99 and want some drinks and or Mexican food, you might want to consider this place.

I had an awful experience at Mi Casa. From the moment we walked in, things went downhill. The tables were sticky. The staff was rude and inattentive, making us feel unwelcome. When our food finally arrived, it was a disaster. The rice was undercooked, and the beans were bland very watered down. To top it off, the prices were outrageous for such poor quality food and service. I would never go back to Mi Casa and strongly advise others to avoid it. Will never go back again! The mimosa I had was not even a mimosa. Distrusting!
