I've been coming to Merlin's estate sales even before they were named Merlin's. They are great on price, take credit card (with the usual % added to the purchase), and have lots of help to move big items. Best part: the last day of the sale is usually 50% off the tagged price. They also are very reasonable and kind people who just want to satisfy both customers: the family selling and the buyers looking for treasures. Thank you all for being so great to work with. And those purple vests sure are fashionable and make it easier to find help!

Got to one of their estate sales early and there were a couple of us there. Noticed about 10 bags laying on the ground. I asked if you gave out numbers to enter. A lady said, " no you lay your bag in line and that's the order you go in". Ok that works! I was about number 10 in-line. Right before opening about 30 people started to lineup in front of me. I said hay there are only like 10 bags in-line?What people do is have someone go early and get a spot then bring in a shit ton of friends and family so when you think you might have a chance to pick up something that was advertised on their site-- Forget about it!!VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Probably won't be going back!! TOTALLY UNFAIR !!

They were great to deal with. Better than all the other companies I contacted. They worked hard to get the maximum and also make sure we didn't have to deal with the leftovers. Their terms were better than everyone else I contacted.

Estate sale. Was supposed to be 3 days. First day full price. Second day 50 percent. They said they would box every up and put in one area. They packed 5 boxes. These people lived in house for over 21 years. Lots of stuff to sell. They over priced a lot of stuff. So much furniture left. No advertising. Only saw 2 signs up on street. This was out in country. Very unhappy with this organization. Hours were too short. 9-12 is what website said. I went to sale on Saturday and they said they were open till 1 pm. Website still said close at 12. People showed up to the house on Sunday tooPlease consider another business to do your estate sale. Ask a lot of questions about what happens with the items that are left. Check pricing. They had a painting listed for $320 dollars. Painting might be worth $50 if that. So again, ask a lot of questions and READ the contract cuz what they say is different than the contract !Beware!!!

Few times I have visited this estate sale. I usually find the first day prices (for all estate sales) to be extremely high so I go on the last day. The last time I went was on the second day (the last). I picked up a few things that were a few dollars each one being a mens shirt which the old guy I guess the dad tried to charge me double because he said the shirt was a sweater. It was a Henley thermal shirt definitively NOT a sweater so I left it. That left a negative impression about this business as I would not argue with him I just left it said no thank you. I guess he thought I would cave over a dollar but that was not the issue, the fact that he was trying to nickel and dime me did not sit well.

We cannot say enough great things about Greg, Shawn, Todd, Lyric and the rest of this crew. They took our estate sale to a level we could of never gotten to. They came in priced, merchandises, advertised and supported our family through a tough process. This is one amazing group of people!!! Thank you for all you did for our family!!!!
