Meltdown Bistro

I really enjoyed my stop at this food truck! I love Cuban sandwiches, so I had to try theirs... It was fantastic! A friend of mine was raving about the loaded tots, so I got an order of those to share with friends at the table. They disappeared! I was all excited to try the Kung Pao brussels sprouts, but someone before me got the last order. Next time. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be to figure out a way so that the bottom half of the sandwich doesn't get all soggy sitting in the container while you're eating the first half of the sandwich. Small complaint, but that was the only thing I could find to make a suggestion about.We will definitely be hitting this truck again next time we're at gazebo!

Decided to check our recent popular restraints on DoorDash and this place popped up.Now, be aware, all of their offerings on DoorDash are several $$$ more than in person at the truck so they're passing their fees onto you, the buyer. I don't like that shizz, as that's like making PayPal buyers pay for your PayPal fees. And not a lot of Resteraunts do this anymore, if you check my profile I DoorDash like 3 times a week haha. I also get a stipend for food so this is technically "free" but I still keep in mind prices for the masses.I got the birriria grilled cheese for $19.20 and raspberry tea for $6. Birria was pretty good, but that's info paid $14-15 as truck prices. At $19 that's a hard pass. The tea was cool too but not for $6. I liked the combination of consome with grilled cheese it was different.I would go here again in person but not in DoorDash.

Meltdown Bistro is one of the best food trucks in Fresno, anytime they are at an event or gazebo gardens when I'm there. They have a great and unique menu but the pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich with Parmesan crusted bread is my favorite. Sweet and savory with soft and crispy elements from the bread and soft/crispy cheese. Highly recommend if you see it around Fresno.

The food was so scrumptious- I mean shmelty Shmeaty Sheliciously shcrumptious! I was lucky to experience the food truck for the first time today the server was soo sweet I had to leave a tip for them I love this place

decided to venture out and give this truck a try since saw on the news and did not disappoint at all! Hubby got the Pig Mac and I got the 5 cheese grilled cheese, parm crust and added bacon. fantastic and so much cheese I actually saved half my sandwich for lunch the next day definitely going to getting food from here again! only complaint is they were out of a lot of food, but was toward the end of a Friday night so Mac n cheese balls will have to be for another day

Had to update and share new pics because during the COVID-19 chaos, MB is the comfort food I need. They haven't been downtown much lately which makes me sad but is probably for the best {sigh} If you come across their parm crusted turkey melt sandwich, get it! So good, and not heavy - maybe from the fresh lettuce and tomato? Haha I don't know but it's goodness! Also the Morning Meltdown breakfast melt is *always* good and *always* hits the spot!

The dude and I went to Enzo's Table as we are new to the food truck life. We came around early March or late February 2020 before COVID-19. Anywho me being the undecided princess ever struggled narrowing it down on what type of food I was in the food for. I settled on the Meltdown Bistro as it smelled and looked delicious. I opted for the Chicken Caesar Sandwich as it looked delicious in the pictures and thought it was gonna be a salad in sandwich form, I was so wrong!I believe the owner took my order who was so friendly and nice. I ordered my sandwich without any sauce, which the owner did not mind which is so customer centered.The owner gave me device that lets you know when your order is ready like at restaurants, so legit! My thought is either thus food truck is SO in demand or they want customers to be at ease and not worry about checking in constantly to see your order number was called which was the problem at Planet Vegan food truck. I really thought that was so efficient! I was able to find seating and not worry about missing my order number!Now to the good part. I shall say this is the BEST sandwich I had in my life. I repeat this is the BEST tasting sandwich EVER like hands down!The cheese is freakin grilled on the outside which gives it a nice crunchy texture. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful and it had BACON...my mouth is seriously watering thinking about this sandwich which I want for my upcoming cheat day.It was so good and I couldn't even finish my half of sandwich so the dude finished it and he agreed it was the BEST and unique sandwich he as ever had in his life. Like I highly recommend the Chicken Caesar Sandwich.If you have not tried The MeltDown Bistro you are missing out on some good eats! You have to try it!

We were at Gazebo Gardens last night and MB food truck was there. Walked around with my husband deciding which truck(s) to order dinner from and we both picked this one. The Cuban sandwich was so good. Toasty bread with a very generous amount of tender meat. Huge!!! I couldn't finish half of it. We split the Mac n cheese balls which were also yummy. Tasted like a chili type of seasoning like I was eating a bowl of chili with Mac n cheese. Nice and crispy fried but not greasy. I'd love to try this truck again everything tasted like it was prepared by people with a passion for food. Thanks for a nice dinner.

Husband and I were in Fresno for a few days. He saw this place on the news and wanted to try it. We ordered 2 chicken Caesar melts, 2 watermelon teas and loaded tater tots. We loved the sandwiches!!! Will definitely go here again.
