Medrano's

New as of 4/23, off the beaten path restaurant at former location of Reyna's Café. Exceptionally clean, with accommodating owner family. Excellent chile relleno burrito with rice and beans added inside and sauce added to the outside. Shrimp tacos were good, on homemade tortillas, but I was surprised that the shrimp was breaded instead of grilled and would ask for grilled next time. Tacos also could have used a little bit of flavoring in the sauce - I added salsa and burrito sauce. Otherwise, everything was excellent.Service a little slow but worth it for the fresh made food.

We were on our way to Tachi but had to put gas and decided to have some Mexican food. We found Medranos. We were pleasantly surprised with the great food, clean restaurant and the friendly service! Definitely a must try whenever traveling through Corcoran!

Sorry I forgot to take pics but the food was pretty good. I am very hard on Mexican food spots because that's what I grew up on, that being said the hand made tortillas were a definite plus! I had the carne sopes and rice. They weren't the best I've ever had but they were good. Rice wasn't dry and had good color and flavor.

The Food was Amazing I forgot to take a picture my Family and I completely devoured everything!! The service was exceptional and the music playing was not too loud it was a great experience will definitely return in the future.4 stars is only due to the salsa they serve with the chips. The chips are great but they really need to change the salsa it taste like tomato puree to me and looks like it too other than that everything else was Great!

Great food, homemade tortillas, and salsa was the best and not too spicy. The restaurant is super clean and newly remodeled. Service is great, our server Roberto made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

I was in the restaurant business for 46 years, and I am picky when I dine out. my first impression was that the place was spotless, the floor shined and I was amazed how clean the entire restaurant was, even the restrooms. the food was outstanding. The are many restaurants in California, so to stand out, is quite an accomplishment. I wish I lived closer, and this would become my "Go to" place for amazing Mexican food.
