Me-n-Ed's Pizzeria

Last night order two pizza from this location one large classic veggie and one large garlic chicken. I know what garlic chicken pizza look like cause I only use me & Ed in fresno. But last night the garlic chicken pizza I order it didn't look like garlic chicken I will upload pic fam do the justice

The service is terrible, the woman working the front counter at 11am on Sunday 4/30/23 needs to be fired... poor representation of of their company... ice machine wasn't working. Not a decent experience at all. I grew up with me n Ed's so we made it a point to stop in a road trip... probably should have stopped at a Visalia location... should have known Shaw Ave was not going to be a great idea in general... I was almost done with this review... and the music kicked in so we took out pizzas to go! Next time she should also make it a point to tell you before you pay that Ranch is a 1$!!!

I have always loved me n Ed's pizza . I moved out of state, so every time I come to visit family I go have pizza with my sons. This one location is terrible, the minute we walk in the staff isn't welcoming, the bathroom was dirty, pee all over the toilet and water all over the floor , the lighting dim. Our pizza wasn't hot and crisp, the crust was pale .

My mother called and ordered their valley veggie pizza with chicken added. The worker was kind and said it would be 25 minutes. We went to get it. The restaurant is very clean nice and nice! Great bar! Laid back and nice. Safe. The order was ready and the nice worker handed over the pizza along with pepper packs and jalapeños. He also wished a good day! The pizza smelled and looked really good! I got to my duties in setting up lunch. The pizza was split in half. My half was absolutely delicious! Fresh veggies and perfectly cooked chicken! Added the crushed red pepper and jalapeños for the spicy kick! Fantastic lunch! My mother said hers was really good and fresh too! It is a lot too! Leftovers! =)Great service and delicious pizza! Highly Recommended!

I came to this Me and Ed's with my parents, nieces, sisters and bro in law. For dinner for family fun time. We seated ourselves and my family decided to order Large Olive Pizza for the girls and I, Supreme and Pepperoni and Olives for the rest of the family. We paid and waited.The service was going well until a specific staff member kept messing EVERYONE'S order up. He brought my family two orders of food that was not ours in which the server said that he cannot take back since it was at our table. So bonus we had extra food.They half completed our ordered and for the mistake gave us the Olive Pizza on that house due to giving us the wrong food. So my nieces were patiently waiting for their Olive pizza which never got delivered to the table so my poor dad had to go back and resolve it.A new staff member informed my dad that they are not gonna make our Olive Pizza that we paid for in full because they gave us a pizza that was not ours and we took it. Hold up... like run that by me again. So we informed the workers that 1. Your team messed up not my family 2. We didn't want the food that was given to us but according to the staff member he could not take it back since it was on our table and 3. The staff member informed my family that our Olive Pizza would be made and never happened that we paid for.We literally staying in Me n Ed's for like two hours dealing with mess as my family are seriously when it comes to Olive Pizzas for my nieces in which ghetto had to suffer. Eventually they had to fix this situation and finally gave us our pizza we paid for.I am honestly NOT happy with the dine in service here as it needs better communication with staff and a more efficient way to resolve conflict.I honestly will more than likely order Pick-up as the dine in experience was not pleasant at all. My nieces did get to enjoy their pizzas which made me and my family happy at the end of the day.

We have always loved me n Ed's but today the service was exceptional. From the very friendly person on the other end of the phone to the manager. Thank you ladies and we will be back to this location for sure! See you at Aromas or El Patio in tower

Hit and miss, I'll always recommend the eat at home, the Me n Eds service in this area sucks. Way better service at Herndon/West, I've been at all of them in NW. I'm not a fan of their crust reminds me of a saltless saltine-cracker, always has so when I do order from there I order thick crust. Sometimes they put enough sauce, other times they don't. Sometimes it's overcooked other times it's just right.Wings are ok I recommend them over pizza huts, but dominos wings can give theirs a run for their money, I only buy bone-in, just comparing them to what else is near. The wedges are good, at this moment I don't find myself ordering from me n Ed's after consistent fails in the orders I've placed but once in a while I'll crave the Hot Hawaiian, that's the only time I'll order. Enjoy!

Good pizza but poor service. They told me 35 minutes for pick up; I arrived 40 minutes later, and my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. No acknowledgment of the issue; they said it would be ready in a few minutes, but 20 minutes later I finally had my pizza. Lousy customer service; they should be truthful about the wait times. I have things to do and could have finished work at home instead of waiting in the restaurant. They don't move as quickly as the other locations I've visited.

I've never had such horrible service the gave away my wife's food after waiting over an hour then they say they are going to remake it and then leave our pizza on the counter for another 30 minutes and don't call our name . And forget all our side orders . I've been in management for over 20 year they should be embarrassed of such horrible service .

Horrible, dirty tables floors and walls, pizza turned out terrible and was made wrong even after two requests to leave a topping off, rude service. At one point they blared the music up so loud I couldn't even hear my husband speak. If the service at the register wasn't so atrocious I would have requested a refund.
