MCS Glass

I called 3 shower door/glass companies for an estimate on a new shower door and subsequently sent each an email with the pertinent details. Of the 3, MCS Glass, Precision and Fresno Shower door, MCS was the only one to respond to my query, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. From the beginning their customer service was exemplary. We were satisfied with their estimate, their showroom is very impressive, as I stopped by to pick up glass samples to bring home. Once we made our decision, they immediately came up and measured for the door and it was installed one week later. Their employees were cordial, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This is the best company we've worked with throughout our remodeling experience! We would highly recommend MCS Glass to anyone. Our shower turned out absolutely beautiful, the shower door was the finishing touch!

Ive been a contractor for many years and throughout those years i have met good and bad business owners Marcius is among the worst he doesnt answer calls nor does his wife Christien he never returns calls and the very last job i will use him on he left me high and dry you F$#%ed me .... thanks buddy! Never again!!!!

We wanted to make some cost effective updates to our outdated master bath. By far the best decision was to update our old shower glass. MCS made this a quick and easy process. I am very happy with the results.

For us, it's been a great experience. Harry did our measurements and was very friendly. Paul and Nick did the installation. We are very pleased with the outcome! MCS did what Fresno Shower Door and Precision Glass said couldn't be done. We recommend based on our positive experience!

Was going great until they stopped responding. Had a tech come out for measurements and was given the price and agreed to it. Reached out to Mark and never got a response back.

horrible. im giving 1 star cause i have no choice.we were remodeling our bathrooms and our contractor recommended mcs to purchase our shower door. we went to their showroom and found what we liked and was told they would be in touch with our contractor. this was the 1st week of february. 2 weeks went by and we still hadnt had anyone come out to measure for our shower door. our contractor kept calling them asking them to call us. finally we had someone come out to measure.another 3 weeks went by and we heard nothing from mcs. we never got a quite, nothing.finally our contractor called us and said the door was ready and gave us the cost. we never were given the cost before installation. installers showed up with the wrong door. was told that they didnt make the glass that we purchased anymore. then why were we allowed to order it and why is it in the showroom? he called christina the saleslady and she had the balls to offer us a $200 discount if we wanted to keep the door. no, i want the door i chose. she had to call the owner to get authorization on a new door and the discount and would call me the next day. i didnt hear from her so i went to the showroom and guess what? christima and the owner were heading out of the country. really???? how convenient. i had the gal call christina and all christina had to say was that the owner didnt check with her when he ordered the door. then she said she was out $1100 for the door and labor, not my problem. never once did she say she was sorry. we waited for this door and never once did we get any communication from them or an apology. that afternoon i went to fresno shower door and got my shower door measured, paid for and installed in 2 weeks. go there, never mcs. horrible.

This is a wonderful family owned company and I would recommend them without hesitation! I have had windows replaced, shower doors redone etc. They are wonderful to work with, do excellent work, and are priced extremely well. Diane M.

I would never recommend this company to a friend. We had them install a glass shower enclosure. There were problems every step of the way. They promised installation a week after the contract was signed and it ended up taking more than a month. The first partial installation was obviously crooked and it required us pointing it out to them and requesting it be fixed. It was fixed, 2 weeks later, but they left behind silicone smudged on the tub, glass & tile. A tile was broken during in the final installation process which was discovered by us after the installers had left. I held back a portion of the payment requesting the tile be replaced and the silicone be cleaned up before the full payment was made. The owner, Marius Foanene, called me and was uncooperative, irrational and threated to place a "lien on our home" that he "would never remove". He also accused me of lying about the broken tile and "taking advantage of him". The conversation was so unpleasant and unprofessional I decided the only way I could wash my hands of him was to pay him in full, which I did. The next day, his installer called me and offered to come out and fix the tile for free. I declined, since the risk of continuing a relationship with this company far outweighed the benefit of getting the tile fixed. I learned a few good lessons the hard way. Save yourself the headache and potential exposure to the same poor treatment I received and do not do any business with this company!
