The staff are great and always welcoming. This office has a lot of equipment for their patients to utilize. The assistants that work on the patients are helpful and friendly. I went to get my back checked out and I feel better after each appointment.

Just a note to express my strong satisfaction with my initial visit today for help managing my balance and possible post-polio problems. From my check-in with Amelia, through my diagnosis by Dr. Chad, everything went smoothly and on time. Amelia was especially helpful and nice and Dr. Chad knew what he was doing, putting me through routines and setting me up with a therapist. Very impressive outfit and I'm glad I chose them for help with this 85-year-old body!

I go here for their lymphedema clinic. Great staff, Docs are really nice and professional. I'm really happy with lymphedema Physical Therapist too. She does a therapeutic massage that helps lymphatic drainage. Absolutely Chris is the best!!

Called based on a referral from my Primary Care. They told me they didn't have it but after speaking to three different people they confirmed they did have it. Then the next person I got on the phone states I need updated insurance information, which after I gave it, she told me my care would not be covered by the insurance. Two more calls to my carrier confirmed in fact I am covered. I called back and spoke with Angela. Her concerted lack of concern and general lethargy caused me to decline to ever do business with these people. They waste my time and patience.

I worked with them for about two months on and off Sep-Nov. I would say that they are amazing for most part worked with some amazing individuals and also had others who were less compatible with myself but despite that I saw an high amount of knowledge, professionalism, and compassion from the individuals I worked with who cared about how I was doing each step of the way.

So far so good!When I first visited with Chad for evaluation, I honestly had nightmares about being dragged around the room because he kept talking about how much pain I would experience doing the work. lolMy intern, Tiara, is patient, caring, and understanding. She challenges me, though, and modifies my routine based on my pain level and range of motion. I've had 5 visits so far and have been surprised by the variety of exercises I've been given to help my back, shoulder, and knee. The equipment is well kept and cleaned after each patient. They have lockers where you can store your stuff when you visit. The office staff is friendly and professional. Overall, I'm finding I have less pain, more energy, and even an improvement of my stuttering through doing physical therapy.

This place is amazing!!!! After one visit my husband was able to walk without crutches! They are professional and they care about your wellbeing. The office staff are friendly and care about you and your individual needs. Highly recommend this place.

This place is a joke, there were a few times I had an appointment which I showed up on time only to wait 15 minutes past my appointment and no one bother to check me in or call me so I left. I guess I will manage the pain on my own.I didn't choose this place so now I will be looking into another place to do PT.

Was seen last sat and sat down in waiting room just to hear the staff talk shit about their own patients. I found that very rude and unprofessional! It was a girl with some crop tank along with some work out sweats kind of look she was talking about an elder lady who she had work with. The gentle man who had tattoos on his arms was agreeing with her. She wasn't even wearing a mask either. How are you guys gonna tell patients to wear a mask when she wasn't even wearing one? That's pretty dumb! I'm so glad i'm almost done with this place lots of young unprofessional staff here. Maybe something to consider and talk about to the staff.

Outstanding Physical Therapy business. My husband and myself have been going there well over 10 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of service. Greg and Leif have always gone beyond to make sure I am treated to where any problem I have had is resolved. From treatment of 2 knee surgeries to plantar fasciitis, to back problems I have been 100% cured by this staff. Truly the best and most caring physical therapy business in the valley.
