Great customer serviceWe replaced a 1950's air and heating unit in our old farm house which was quick a unique challenge. They did a fantastic job and will all the specialty pieces we need to make it work they were very reasonable.Would recommend!

I just want to say that McGee's has been absolutley amazing! I had a crazy issue with my new heater. It was literally sending off an explosion and a flame coming out the top of my heater/Air conditioner every time it would ignite. They came out right away when I called, to take care of it. Since it is a newer unit with apparently alot of california restrictions etc. they were still learning about these units. Brendan and Gary and ALL of the staff at Mcgee's were amazing. They have figured it all out and it is now working how it should and I can not express how greatful I am to them for doing so. I would recommend McGee's to anyone who needs prompt, friendly, and amazing customer service on their Heater or Air Conditioner. Thank you so very very much!!

What an awesome family owned company! First off, I'd like to thank Gess she was super awesome helping me out and accommodating my work schedule to have someone come out. Secondly, Javier was extremely informative about everything he was going to inspect and work on. He explained everything step by step and answered every question I had. They didn't try and add on any extra expenses and were straight forward. They gave a goodie bag at the end which shows how much they care for their customers! 5/5! Highly recommend

A key to a happy customer is communication. Another is reliability. And then there's competence. McGee Refrigeration is great on all three! Where have you been in our 30+ years here in Visalia?? We've tried so many other HVAC companies. Brendan came out yesterday for our fall service. He was polite, friendly, and communicated clearly. He took a pic of the issue one of our units had and fixed it RIGHT, even though it required an extra trip back to the shop to get the right part.Highly recommended company!!

My air conditioner went out and they squeezed us in. I truly felt I got an honest repair and I paid about what I expected. I was recommended them by my neighbor and now I'm recommending them to you.

My family has used McGee Refrigeration for decades with their heating and cooling needs at their home. I had my first personal experience with them this winter when my home's heater stopped working. They quickly found and replaced the broken motor and did it for about $150 less than one of their competitors wanted to charge. Also their competitor charged me $78 just to come give me a bid on the work, whereas McGee sent out a friendly technician for free to come check things out and give me a bid. On top of all this they were very easy to schedule an appointment with, the technician came out the next day, and I even got a call from the owner when the work was done making sure I was satisfied with the process.Whenever I need hvac work in the future I will call them with zero hesitation!

My heater stopped working and it was McGee's to the rescue! I called today, on a Sunday, and "Brendan" was here in 30 minutes, as he had told me over the phone. Dependable and professional. My heater is running. That was fast!

Great service at a reasonable price. They showed up on one of the hottest and busiest days so far this year. Quick diagnosis and repair. I will use them again...for sure.

I have been using McGee for years to service my air. I would describe them as fair, honest and reliable. I recently replaced both air conditioning units. Both technicians (Troy & Carmello) were excellent and did everything to minimize downtime. Highly recommend McGeee and their team!!!
