McDonald's

This location is right by my house and I come at least once a week when I'm too tired to cook. They are always AMAZING. So kind and everything is always hot and correct. Don't know names but the guy at night with curly hair that gives the food out at to go is extraordinary, he always is so friendly with my kids and myself.

Oh wow, that Double Big Mac--extra onions, extra cheese--really packed out the calories! And that bonus med fries? Shamefully guilty, too. Funny thing is, I had just got out of the gym and wanted to try it. It was said to have 'extra sauce' (TRIGGER WORDS for me) so...perhaps that was it! And boy, did it!This sloppy and quickly eaten meal that was off the charts delicious! Thing is, when eating 'fast food' which has essentially NO fiber in it, you can plow it pretty quickly. Did this meal take even 5 minutes to eat?? I'd forgotten how fast CRAP can disappear! This was an absolute pig fest and almost like getting in the pen with 'em! Definitely do NOT eat it in your car or you'll ruin it (after LICKING the sauce off the seat)! Note to self: Bring gloves/bib next time. Add an unscheduled 40 mins elliptical workout tonight!And you know, that's Just the way I like it sometimes. Sloppy, GOOD and absolutely crap food for the body! The key is to limit frequency... can do!Thing is, IF I eat something like this every now and then it's not a big deal. I'm hitting the gym regularly and can get away with it. Itch scratched and comforted by the fact that 'if I didn't put some crap in, what would be the point of working it off?' this excuse comforted me... :(This Double Big Mac is epic!-G

Buyer beware. Check your order carefully before leaving. I went through the drive through this morning. Everything seemed fine. People were friendly, service was quick, and the bag I received looked right. I usually check before driving off, but was in a hurry. I didn't notice they had failed to include my two hash browns that I paid for until I was home. I didn't have time to return to make the order correct, so I tried calling the number on my receipt. It said the person I was calling did not have a voicemail set up yet. I called again and reached Laura and explained that I wanted to have the amount I paid for food not received refunded to my card. I have done this with other restaurants with no issue.Laura said I could come by and pick up my hashbrowns later. I said that wasn't an option for me and asked again for a refund. She again tried to get me to return to get the missing food. I asked for the manager. She brought someone into the conversation who stayed off the phone. She translated my story in Spanish to the person who repeated her suggestions for resolution. I said I want my money back, and that didn't seem like an option. I said that if I couldn't resolve the matter, I would dispute the charge with my bank. Laura told the person and told me "she says that is fine. We won't fight it." I am frustrated. I don't think I should have to pay for items not received and I shouldn't have to go through the process of disputing the charge with my bank to make it right, but I will. It seems silly to me that such a large corporation doesn't have an automatic or even automated refund option. I mean everything else there is automated...The rest of the order was received and was perfectly fine. No complaints about food quality. Just terrible customer service and no resolution to a customer problem. Long story short...check your order CAREFULLY before driving away.

I was recently in the drive-through and asked to wait in one of the parking stalls for my order. While waiting, I noticed they gave me the wrong drink. So when my order arrived, I asked the employee to replace my drink with what I had ordered.While she was replacing my drink, I noticed part of my order was missing. As she brought the drink out and I told her about the missing item - she became irritated and went back inside the building.A few minutes later, A supervisor came out with a bag of food in her hand. As she approached my car she told me that I couldn't have my last item unless I gave back one of my other food items! She said I hadn't paid for it.Once I produced the receipt and showed her I had paid for the missing item, she stuffed the receipt in the bag and tossed it at me. As she walked back into the restaurant, she looked over her shoulder and yelled at me.This must be McDonald's new definition of customer service.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is horrible bad customer service rude workers. They refuse to serve you at the counter for ordering. The manager is horrible at their job and shouldn't be allowed near the public. Literally 4 customers walked out and left due to them not taking orders. Waited more then 8 minutes just to be told order on the kiosk. Go anywhere else !!! You'll have a better experience.

Drive-thru taken. Long line that moved slow. My mother ordered a soft serve vanilla cone in a cup. The worker was nice. Delicious soft serve vanilla cone in a cup and good service! Recommended!

This is a great McDonalds. I love their coffee drinks The service is very efficient here too. All the staff are very nice.

Omg in my whole life I've never almost walked out of a McDonald's AFTER paying without my food because these guys couldn't keep track of my order. Complete chaos.

I got a breakfast meal and the food was overcooked and they charged me 50 cents for syrup. The service was horrible took them 30 minutes to make my food. And the food was so bad. Do better next time

If you are ordering through the app hoping they don't ask you to park like they normally do think again. Supposedly they don't receive your order till you are at the speaker. I Asked for a refund and manager said she can't refund a "big" $30 order. The manager at this location acts like she owns this place not by being very friendly either but by being very argumentative. If you are missing an item be prepared to show her your entire bag she will not take your word for it. Never fails that this location messes something up or asks you to park. I try my best to avoid this one by all means. Never park for them, they only ask you to park so that their drive-thur times look good. Everyone else has always been kind and friendly but that manager she's something else. No wonder you always see different faces her employee turn around must be crazy.
